Ive taken a look at other reviews as well. I travel 150 nights a year so stay on many hotels. If I was in big city this wouldn't be a 4. However, based on location and what's here i enjoyed my Tower room. Everything was clean. Perfect no, but again, remember where you are and it's not a $250 hotel...

The casino/hotel is located a short distance west of Belcourt. The exterior lighting looks attractive at night. There is a large canopy covering the entrance. ENTRANCE - large lobby, seating in lobby, and lower level seating just off casino, comfy chairs if you are waiting or need a break; nice décor and lighting. ROOMS - two elevators for the rooms...

Accommodations, friendly dealers and three places to eat (restaurant, fast food and buffet). The restaurant is usually only open on weekend evenings. The table games open in late afternoon (4:00 pm?). Reservations are recommended but not always required. There is a bar in the centre of the casino and another down the hallway with pool tables and darts. Check their...

hotel housekeeping was good, maids very friendly, Players Club staff very friendly; front desk staff needs improvement in knowledge, as they are not consistent with hotel guests. Prices are OK; but you have to ask for senior rates, etc. Public relations needs improvement as they don't seem to be aware that a smile goes a long way. Breakfast buffet very...

Would I make this a destination of choice ? No I would not. Is it OK ... absolutely and the best place to stay for the most competitive price for a very long distance. The tower side is newer and has wifi in it but is also more expensive. The older original side is cheaper and has smoking rooms but...

We stayed on a Saturday in the new tower (about $15 more) and the room was very nice and quite comfortable. Shower a touch small but oh well. The pool area was quiet when we went - after 10pm. Adults only after 10. Seemed busy earlier as expected. Sauna did not work and the large hot tub was shut down....

This is the ONLY large hotel in a 100 mile radius worth staying at. This hotel has a burger joint inside that has some good burgers and pizza. The other 2 restaurants are ok but not terrific. The customer service lacks severely in the whole hotel. No one at concierge desk is willing to meet you out side and help...

I stayed here for several weeks in August and early September as my husband was in a nearby hospital. Being there for several weeks gave me the opportunity to get familiar with some of the staff and the amenities. I must say and give kudos to Loren and Deborah for their kindness throughout my stay. I was always greeted with...

The new rooms are great and the value is good. But there honestly is not one good restaurant in the whole place. The service is terrible at the restaurants that are there and the food is awfull. My advice stop at the grocery store and buy your own food!

Everything seemed good until we went to bed. This was a Wednesday evening. We had to get up early in the morning so we went to bed at 09:00. The TV in the next room was very loud but we tried to sleep but called to the front desk at 11:00. Security came up and asked the neighbour to turn...
