Last week (Jan 2017) me and few of my friends went to Blue water hotel for a day out. From the front of the hotel still they manage their gardens and ponds really good giving a refreshing feeling from the entrance. The front desk was well arranged and service was really friendly. Once we got our entrance tickets we were...

The Blue Water is a great hotel in my opinion. A very warm welcome was provided with a tasty refreshment and a warm hand towel. The rooms are fantastic and are equipped with basic requirements (minibar, safe, complementary water etc). The hotel grounds are beautiful, amazing and very spacious with everything being within the same radius as the hotel along...

Stayed for 7 nights on 1/2 board basis. The hotel itself is a little distance from the most popular area for hotels and that is to your advantage. The prices of drinks can be expensive but here are very acceptable. It has lovely gardens, pool and bang on the beach which although hardly any people lay on the sand is...

Stayed two days at the Blue Water. Had a "triple" room with full board (essentially means, as I understand it, that the room is paid for three occupants with meals included for the stay). Overall the hotel is somewhat dated, and the rooms would be better with a comprehensive refurbishment very soon. Having said that, there were no serious issues...

Great pool, plenty of space with grass to run around the coconut trees. Hung around for the day and enjoyed some decent food. Paid a in season room price which is understandable. Overall a pleasant experience and I'm pleased the kids had a blast. Thanks.

Food is mediocre in terms of the buffet. The drinks are well-priced as is the food if you're willing to pay for more. The standard club rooms are genuinely awful especially those on the ground floor. Cockroaches galore, which the porters simply pick up for you and put outside... only for them to come back in the next day... And...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments positives and negatives. I am disappointed that we were unable to meet with your expectations. Some of the comments like "cockroaches galore" and "blood stains in bed sheets" may be exaggerated and was never reported. We do discuss guests comments on daily basis and this did not ring the bell. The hotel grounds are huge. The hotel is quite dated but it takes nothing away from the beauty of it. Great food and restaurants in the hotel. There is a pub which is nice. Even though there were a lot of guests the service was excellent and they went out of their way to make us feel special. They even...

We decided to go to this hotel based on travel agency's classification where they called this hotel "De Luxe" and had been given five stars. We also read the positive comments from TripAdvisor, and we were anxious to go. When we arrived we had our first disappointment, the rooms (apparently the travel agency has booked) were so called deluxe rooms....

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comprehensive review on TA.So many good things have been written, but given only 3 stars. With regard to your room ...The travel agents have booked only a deluxe room for you and your family. You had the option to book club suites thru the travel agent or while at the hotel with a discounted supplement....
