Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

These seem to be individually owned self-contained condo units for rent, managed by the central booking agency. The condo we had was super quiet, even though it was located right across from the elevator. Had everything we needed and more, was clean, had 2 levels of secure underground parking, and the upper pools changing rooms are located in this hotel block, so the upper pools are located right outside the building which was awesome. It's a little tough to navigate the village with a stroller, so just a heads up - there are lots of steps to get down to the restaurant area. And when we stayed, the cold pool with the water slides was unfortunately closed. Not sure when they are reopening.

Stayed 8 nights on ski trip with friends in 2 bedroom condo. Pros: - close to hill with very short walk for ski in / out. - reasonable sized kitchen with enough pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc to cook for yourself. - close to main area with restaurants and lift to shop nearby. - clean. comfortable. -big outdoor pool if you want to use that. - has reasonable large balcony to enjoy the view of the hill. Neither her or there: - a bit dated needs refreshing. -wi fi ok. Cons: - no room service for entire stay. You have to ring to get things delivered.

I spent 6 days in the Panorama Springs and 4 days in the Taynton. The rooms are fine but the wifi was abysmal. I couldn't load a single page, let alone use youtube or social media. Unbelievable how poor the wifi is here for how expensive the rooms are. I am just disappointed in this basic service for any hotel service to be so sub par. Please do better Panorama Resorts.

we went for a family trip when the ski hill just opened. the mountain was full of icy slopes. the hotel so outdated with dirty carpet, clogged tub, worn out furniture yet it charged around $400 for a 2bedrooms. stay out and spend the money elsewhere. I won't be back

On the plus side, Panorama Springs has one of the best locations in the village, with ski in ski out from the back door, and the hot pools right there too.We also had a condo with a great view over the village. But the whole place is looking a bit tired; the decor is a bit drab, the appliances in the condo kitchens are a bit old, and the direct route to the pools is a dire staircase and corridor which gives the impression you're going to the janitor's cupboard, not the resort's crown jewels. The owners of the village need to spend some money on the place to raise its standards.

A few steps from the ski lift this lodge gives that essential on the slope feel. Clean and serviced with a full kitchen you can pick and choose how you want to cater for your party, either stay in or enjoy a night in one of the local restaurants. We had breakfast in everyday and because the resort was quiet returned for lunch most days. Be aware that the local supermarket is very small and has limited stock. Its that good we have rebooked for Jan 2021 and will take the complimentary bus to the next town with a full size supermarket.

Panorama is a awesome escape getaway place for the summer. They have so much you can do with out leaving the resort. They have White water rafting, Archery, Horse back riding, Pool's some with water slides which even adults can go down, hiking, tennis, mini golf, mountain biking, golf. They have day camps for kid, euro bungee, rock climbing. It is nestled up in the mountains. They have majestic views, wild life is all around. The employee's are friendly and helpful. We rented a 2 bedroom condo, which was really nice and comfortable it had kitchen in it so we could make our own meals. They have communal bbq's that are available. This our second time back there and they did not disappoint us.

Arrived as a walkin, and paid for a one bedroom suite at the springs. The front desk fellow was very pleasant and polite. After I had reserved and paid the 229/ night fee. I was then given the map and overview of the property. Only after paying, was I formed the main hot springs pool was in fact closed. Rather unimpressed at that point, I was also told there would be a large jug of water in the room as they were under a boil water advisory. That's right, you can't even brush your teeth with the tap water. Low and behold, no jug in the room...but there was a kettle. Score! I love paying $220 a night to stay im a musty, run down condo where I have to spend my time boiling water. Of course the only store on site closed at 7pm, a good 10 minutes after entering the condo to find no water was left. The condo itself was nothing special, small, dated and the whole building smelled of must. The winding corridor through the basement and out to the hot tubs (the main warm pool was shut) had me quite hypervigilant for my personal safety. The hot tubs were not well kept and seemed to be lacking due attention due to the closure. Numerous floating particles, black bits on the pool floor. Another exciting treat was the frequent malfunctioning access cards. Would allow access to room but not parked, or pool area and vice-versa. It's really fun to wander a complex in a swimsuit at 10pm trying to gain access back in. Upon check out,I voiced my concerns to the supervisor, including that I was only told of the lack amenities was he had processed my card, the lack of water, etc. She was apologetic and offered me a hug of water for the road... If you want to retain guests, you need to make proper amends or be upfront prior to payment. Perhaps reduce your rates if you can't provide a decent experience for your guests.

A great place to stay. Location is ski in/out. Room was comfy and clean. Pool and hot tub amenities were nice.... just very busy with young families so we did not stay in the pools long. Parking is underground which is very convenient. Look forward to coming back.

The suite were in is nice was clean most importantly. We got a bogo deal because bonus week so was only 100 a night so 200 normally. This is the first mountain resort where the king size bed is actually comfortable. Dish washer is really small and there isn't a washer and dryer like a few of the other places we've stayed, but the views great hot pools and coziness make up for that. This is a fair price for a great mountain.
