What stood out most about this b&b was the incredible breakfast. Everyone was in awe! We had a choice between pancakes, french toast, and bacon and eggs, ordered the day before. Everything was delicious, and the presentation with assorted fruit was amazing. This b&b is conveniently located on the main street of Caraquet. It is a very old house, which...

I was recommended this B&B and was not disappointed. The house was beautiful and nicely furnished. The owner Alain was very hospitable and obviously enjoyed and took pride in what he did. The breakfast was delicious and very ample.

I stayed at Gite Le Poirier for two nights and had my best sleeps of a 7-day road trip. The room and bed were very comfortable and the B&B is charming and exquisitely maintained. But it is Alain, his amazing breakfasts and fantastic advice that make this B&B really special. I would highly recommend Le Poirier Gite. I haven't yet...

We spent 3 nights at this B & B to celebrate our 38th anniversary. Alain welcomed us with open arms and was a mine of information to help us plan our stay both in terms of things to see and where to eat. A "surprise" was waiting for us with a very kind note when we returned from our first...

We pulled into Caraquet on a rainy evening and saw Le Poirier. Allan warmly welcomed us and fortunately he had a very comfortable room available along with ensuite. Breakfast was spectacular (pic attached), and Allan shared some history of the house and the local area. Excellent location and value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Really a first class B&B, concerning arrangement and bathroom. Old fashioned style, but everything needed was of high-quality. Sandra and Alain gave us a warm-hearted welcome. And next morning they talked to us, as if we were part of their family, while we enjoyed the best breakfast we had during our whole stay in Canada, concerning quality as well as...

We decided to visit the Caraquet region and try this BB on the September long weekend. They were fully booked and we given the queen room top floor front. First off the house is very well cared for and very authentic. Nice setting room and dining room. Our room was very small but did have AC. Now what we didn't...
