Big rooms no balcony . As we chose of all the hotels in La Malbaie, an hotel with a pool we were very disappointed to hear that it was closed..the staff and management of the hotel did not seem to care at all as I told them that we chose the hotel also for the pool facility. They did not...

I stayed there with my family (4 adults) and we loved it. The rooms are nicely decorated - they don't have that blank and plain hotel room decoration. And we loved the spacious balcony. Beds were also very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The best thing was the swimming pool!! Breakfast is ok, nothing outstanding - but it...

Just need a place to stay. Quiet, clean. Breakfast is basic but good. Reception had a reservation for 2 but I request for 4 with booking.com. The lady at the front desk did tried to help me but the grumpy owner was not as accommodating. We finally found a compromise.

Staff helpful; you can book whale watching from hotel. Set in a quiet, beautiful setting. Big and free car parking. Has an intriguing aroma. Very isolated which some will love and others will hate - great if you're for a relaxing base in isolated countryside.

Really nice hotel in a calm area. We spent two nights there, enjoying restaurants suggested by the staff. Situation is very good, hidden by trees in a peacefull place. "Déjeuner-buffet" included, limited to bread and plenty of pastries, but service was very kind and warm.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. At the time of making the booking, breakfast was included in our rate. On our first morning we were told that breakfast was not being served in the hotel and were given a voucher to present at a local restaurant. We drove to the restaurant and were told our hotel voucher was...

We had an amazing trip. The cost of our forfait was excellent and the quality of the rooms was very good. Except the breakfast which was a little too simple but everything else was very good. I would go back there anytime!

Nice clean rooms with all of the amenities that we usually find in hotels. Very nice part of the town as it is close to everything, yet still enjoying the nature and sceneries of La Malbaie. Service was excellent as we did not enjoy our first room and got transferred right away without any hassles.

I felt like we had the master bedroom in a home, the room was so big, i think they should have made the beds bigger (our queen felt like it was a double) because it felt empty. The staff was very nice to us and gave good advice for what to do the next day. Very clean hotel. Also, breakfast...
