Beautiful Auberge at the foot of Mont Mégantic. Booked an overnight in the mini suite with dinner and breakfast. Nice suite apart from the main rooms. Aux berges de l'aurore is 1 km from Mont Mégantic out in nowhere. If you love tranquility this is certainly the place! The pace is also reflected by the owners, nothing is rushed here....

Our innkeepers could not have been more hospitable. We booked one night here on our way to see the AstroLab (perhaps the subject of another review later). The inn has an old-fashioned charm but the real stand-out was the food. The duck dinner was devoured by my family. Everyone raved about the taste of the meat and the freshness of...

We went to see the stars at the Dark Sky Reserve in the Mont-Megantic Parc and stayed here for 2 nights. The auberge stands all by itself in a field which was beautifully lonesome in the Canadian winter-cold, and judging by the pictures is gorgeously lush in the summer. Due to the light-savings applied in the entire region, the outside...

We went to Mont Megantic for my wife's birthday. We had a great stay. Alexandre was very helpful over the phone and email when we were planning the trip. Once we were there, Donald and Suzanne did really come through and accommodate our dietary needs. We were vegetarians and they cooked excellent breakfasts and dinners for us. We truly loved...

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this little cozy B&B and came back just yesterday. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Our hosts, Daniel and Suzanne, were very courteous and made sure every single one of our needs were taken care of. We arrived on August 24 after a 2 and a half hour drive. First,...

My boyfriend and I just spent 3 nights at this lovely B&B. It has a very homey and relaxing feel to the place while at the same time 1st class service. The food was to die for at every meal. We wanted to stay in the park but all the huts were full. After 3 nights in this gem (which...

My family of 5, all adults, travelled to this gem in the middle of August. Donald and Alex are delightful hosts. We had a dinner prepared for us the night of our arrival. All fresh vegetables from their garden, and fresh bread from the tiny bakery in town. Breakfast was creative and delicious. It was relaxing, I would not hesitae...

We (two couples) had a great two-night stay at this remote B&B, just down the road from Mont Megantic National Park. Although very pleasant now, the auberge is gradually being renovated and upgraded by the new (1.5 years) father/son owners The property is huge, but the auberge itself is fairly small, as are the rooms. There are nice, large common...

The father and son team that acquired this property a year and a half ago have made a number of changes, all for the better. The entire place is non-smoking now. They have a large vegetable garden that provides fresh produce. The chef cooks excellent meals, beutifully presented. You can bring your own wine. The building itself is old, but...

The new owner run this wonderfull place with a real passion. Big change have been made to keep this B&B a 4 stars Gîtes du Passant. The garden is magnificent and the view incredible. They got 100 acres of land witch we could visit as we like. The rooms are all very clean and smell the fresh air of the...
