The rooms were clean. The bar was fun...Manuel makes great margaritas. The food was good. We were lucky enough to be there when they had fresh lobster. Unfortunately, there was a guest in the bar that could be heard throughout the entire place. It's too bad his companions wouldn't let him know to use his inside voice. Definitely would stay...

not a particular nice area but a convenient stop over on a long road trip (motorcycles) horrible roads with very little services, but the staff are very accommodating and the restaurant tries, but are always understaffed and your food can come in no particular order,,lol but the food is ok.

The Halfway Inn is a very quiet and safe hotel to stay at while visiting Guerro Negro in Baja California. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and very accommodating. Alberto, the day manager was very helpful and speaks perfect english. The rooms are decent size with comfortable beds and kept very clean. The location was perfect for us since...

Clean and pleasant. The weather was quite cool so we were glad the room had a heater. We were whale watching so this was a convenient hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. It was quiet and right next to an army base. One night we sat at the hotel bar and the bartender who had been there...

If you are spending time in Guerrero Negro, it is cheaper and more convenient to stay somewhere else. If you are passing by, grab a room here. Located north of the state line, it is ten or fifteen minutes into town. Nice hotel with restaurant, but you definitely pay for it. Save yourself the extra driving and cost - go...

The Halfway house has great potential! It was halfway good but could be great IF they replaced the towels, linens and had someone on duty more. Also, upgrade their WiFi! During my stay, there was no one at the counter to help with the WiFi or give me password and account info. I checked in around 6pm and there should...

The HalfWay Inn is clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff and good food. We stayed over on our whale watching trip. The bartender makes a great margarita. What more could you ask for at a very reasonable price? We'll be back!

This hotel is so nice, clean friendly and warm. I stayed at the other hotel on the way down. Won't make that mistake again I almost froze with one tiny blanket. People were very cold and unhelpful. Here they literally bent over backward to please. Beds were comfortable, supplied a heater and several blankets. Rooms with 3 beds. One of...

The guys here, particularly Manuel saved this part of my trip for me! I had been getting around Mexico on the bus - which makes getting out to see the whales at the lagoons practically impossible in San Ignacio and so I headed up to Guerrero Negro where I booked into Malarimmo and booked on their whale tour... and then...

Very clean, great halfway point for a trip down the Baja. Friendly staff. Most knew some English. Room had one soft and one firm bed, perfect for us. We ate at Mario's Restaurant - they were able to accommodate our need for gluten free meals. Awesome guacamole.
