Terranova hotel is a very nice hotel which accepts pet, albeit quite an additional coast attached to it. The room was lovely with big comfortable bed, nice linen and towels provided. We loved the speed of wifi, the fastest we had encountered all along our trip. We enjoyed the pool and the massive grounds were a great place for our...

Currently, there is a ton of construction taking place at the facility. They placed us in two rooms at the end of the hotel - it is very large and spread out. Nice rooms with a fresh update. Beds and linens are good. Sleeper couch. Big flat screen TV. Small fridge and coffee maker in room and nice bathroom facilities....

If you're travelling West by car in Mexico and need to stop for a night in Coatzacoalcos, Hotel Terranova is the place to stay. It's a calm, safe place where trees and grass grow. The staff is very helpful and they accept pets. The rooms are confortable but fresh water is not to be drunk becaus of the surrounding pollution.

I know Coatzacoalcos does not have much options but this is a big hotel that probably one day was great. But today, it seems very poorly maintened. The room is big, so is the bathroom. Good bed and shower. And poor breakfast. If you are in just for one night like me, it might be ok.

This hotel is located on a river off of the gulf. The premises are beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the morning air and view. That being said, I gave them only 3 stars for 3 reasons (from least to most important): 1. They are expensive. They have an ad at the airport that advertises a much more reasonable cost, which...

I spent two night in that hotel while this one is known as top notch in the area I disagree. I will summarize my review as follows: Room : Renovated, modernist style. Quite good size. Safety box available. The beds are comfortable enough and the pillows are not bad after all. Wi-Fi available. The shower size quite good. TV entertainment...

I stayed here for a second time this year - on a business trip. I was made to feel welcome - and the hotel was clean, efficient and reasonable value. Rooms are rather standard American style - simply fitted out. Good wi fi. Food surprisingly good for a hotel like this. The gym leaves a little to be desired, but the...

I only stayed for one night and didn't use all the hotel facilities but the pool seems to be very nice, the gym is small but well equipped. The restaurant is very good and the prices are better than other hotels in Coatzacoalcos. Rooms are big and clean, you can notice that the building is not new but still comfortable....

I stayed for 4 months in this hotel just because my other friends choose this hotel too. Far from any public places, quite expensive taxi as the only transportation, and above average price car rent made me rate this hotel as the most expensive hotel I have ever stay with standard services. Eventhough they have good scenery but if you...

You have to understand that Coatzacoalcos is an unattractive city. It is a petrochemical oriented business community with Pemex, the Mexican government monopoly, as the center of almost everything. For many years, the Terranova Hotel was basically the only option for a business level stay. Now, there are some others that I have not experienced, but there may by interesting...
