Lovely range of food offered in the buffets and some great options in the special restaurant’s. The food is a great quality for an all inclusive. The food at the Italian is really lovely however I wish the portions were slightly larger. Unless you get a pizza you might be left about hungry still. Thank you very much Karina for the info.

Rancheros restaurant is OK. Miguel was caring and delivered a good meal with selected steak and veg. The steak ...t-bone was thin but reasonably hot and well cooked, although selected from a limited range of cuts. Sweet was 'ordinary', although well delivered. Staff were attentive.

I was a little worried after reading so many negative reviews about this resort, however I have come to the conclusion that those reviews are so nit picking so please don’t let them put you off. We had a wonderful holiday. We stayed here for just over two weeks, our room was a little tired but clean the shower worked really well. We weren’t bothered about the bath and used it to keep our snorkel gear in. The aircon wasn’t great after a week it packed up and we were immediately given another room. The selection in the buffet was excellent masses of different salads fresh fish, and meats grilled to how you wanted it, and fresh fruit. How people can say they couldn’t find anything nice to eat is beyond us. We did try the Japanese, French, Raw Bar, Thai and Brazilian A la carte restaurants all were very good. The wildlife on the resort is fantastic very sad to see people feeding the monkeys, especially when adults who should know better were giving children bananas to feed them. We did witness one monkey push a little girl over whilst grabbing the banana out of her hand, then the mother complaining ( what the heck did she expect) Management really need to get tough on guests to stop this before a child gets seriously hurt. All staff at the resort were absolutely fabulous apart from the two ladies in the coffee shop, who were really rude, ignoring people, making negative and rude comments about customers etc not realising some of us could actually speak the language and understood everything they were saying!. For trips off the resort I highly recommend the App Get your guide. It has some great trips at the fraction of the cost of those offered on the resort. Use the Collectivo’s they are a great way to get around. Visit Cenote Azule it is beautiful 10 minutes from the resort. Find the secret lagoon another beautiful spot. My last comment is really for the management. Please get tough on people feeding the animals. We saw children trying to pick up the baby Coaties, it has been known for them to carry rabies. There are no rabies shots on tap in Mexico We came to this resort because of the wildlife, it would be a shame if that was lost Also please give more care and attention to the beaches especially the turtle beach. These are assets to your resort, the amount of plastic being washed up cannot be helped but it can be removed and should be. We cleared a large bag of plastic it took just over an hour. People won’t mind if the grass isn’t cut everyday…

Appauled at this hotel and their customer service booked hotel direct, paid-they took my money confirmed by email payment taken THEN cancelled my reservation … after many calls and emails-told reservation cancelled due to non payment-emailed them proof of payment and proof money had been taken from account. I was then told they were checking with their accounts department. It has been 10 days no further contact??? I was recommended this hotel and booked instead of our usual hotel, Moon Palace. What is going on? You have my Monet honour the booking and contact me

We did not know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly (a couple not as much at the beach bar). Our concierges, Jose and Alfred, were very nice and helpful, as well as our Nexus representative, Antonio. All of the servers at the buffet for breakfast and lunch were extremely friendly. Excellent service from David. Muchas gracias! Mi esposo le dice « Lo siento ». 😀 Great bike tour with Cecilio! We loved going snorkeling in the lagoon (about a 20-minute walk from our room). At the beach, the rocks in the water made things less fun, but all the fish made up for that. All in all, it was a great vacation! ❤️

It’s taken me a while to write this review. Due to the trauma we had over there. I won’t be returning to Mexico again. My husband had an accident whilst over there when the hotel lobby bar fell through and put my husband In hospital with a gash to his head and needed stitching. Whilst the hotel acted quickly and Edgar Night Manager was great it’s left a sour taste. My husband is still suffering with headaches and flash backs it’s seriously affecting our everyday life’s at moment. Up until that point we were enjoying our holiday. Big shout out to TUI who have been totally amazing from resort to back in UK. Disappointed that hotel have not even been in touch or given us the incident report yet. We are still in the dark on why this happened and the lobby bar was still closed when we left on the 8th November. We had our iPad and aftershaves, perfume taken out of cases. Our own fault as we forgot our locks for cases on departure. Nice hotel and staff, food and wildlife are wonderful. Just a shame this spoiled our trip massively. Not impressed by no follow up from hotel to find out how hubby is doing. Will not be returning. I’m sure it would have been different if we were members 🤷♀️🤷♀️…

Stayed here for 7th time and this place still does not disappoint. Incredible spacious grounds, with ever increasing wildlife, which all adds to creating an idyllic holiday setting. However we wish visitors would respect the rules and stop feeding the wild animals. Staff are always attentive, friendly and go out of their way to add special touches to your experience. Particular mention goes to Ramon in the buffet restaurant and Marcella (the egg lady). Must also comment on the hard work going on around the resort to improve the facilities whilst keeping everything possible open - not an easy feat. Thank you again Sirenis for a fantastic holiday. We will return 😎

The Steakhouse is awesome. Surf and turf and T-Bone were cooked to perfection!! Love it here.!! We always come here 2 nights everytime we come! It never disappoints!! Love the broccoli cheddar soup and the clam chowder!

I had an incredible time at Grand sirenis Hotel! The hosts (Jair) were not only welcoming but also joined us for a fun game of football. The diverse selection of drinks added to the enjoyment, and the perfect weather made our stay even more delightful. Highly recommend this fantastic experience!
