We vacation here last week. Loved the experience , ataff were fabulous & we have no complaints at all ( except they are a lil cheap on the drink pours ;) ) .. but other than that it was fabulous .. We ignore the "vip" garbage because we think it should not really exist ( kinda like a class structure...

As most have noted, the grounds, rooms and staff could hardly be better. The bird and animal life make it extra special and give a feel of a legit piece of nature. Bring binocs. The food is generous in amount and somewhat hit and miss in terms of quality, not quantity, which is beyond generous (buffet style). We very much...

We stayed there last year. The resort is huge and great for walking. The food was pretty good as well. We paid for an Ocean view room and our room was very old and really needed to be updated. The bed was saggy. Staff were friendly. The lounge was like you were in a strip mall, not very much room....

Came here with Thomson. On arrival was given a disabled room which was terrible condition with no view. Then was given a room with pool view. Compared to Rio hotels no where near the quality. Have to pay for WiFi which is £35 for two weeks. Cigarettes you have to buy in peso or charhe to room and then pay...

Beautiful hotel. The photos and maps of this hotel state that it has a long beach front, not true. There is a small cove available for swimming and snorkelling but if you like to walk the beach you will need to go back and forth a hundred times on their short beach. The lazy river is lovely. The food here...

Really disappointed with this hotel, certainly wasn't 5*. Rooms and public walkways were kept very clean, food was average - had better in a 3* hotel in Spain-, good atmosphere round the pool. No atmosphere on an evening as entertainment finished at 10pm then there was nothing, no music or singer or anything. Would definitely recommend taking a trip to...

Lovely hotel. Communal areas very clean. Friendly helpful staff Some ground floor rooms smell a bit musty. We stayed in a first floor room lovely room with a nice view. Choice of restaurants which you can easily book through your concierge. Poolside could get quite noisy. It didn't bother us as we are beach people. Enjoyed our stay

I highly recommend this hotel to families. My husband, my Mom, and I went and it was a resort populated by many families, and lots of extended families. It seemed there was plenty for everyone to do. We stayed in Makul (I think that was the name of our building) and it had a pool right outside which was one...
