Fantastic Vietnamese Claypot Ginger Lemongrass Chicken, Bo La Lat, and Shrimp Summer Rolls, using Elisse’s home grown Vietnamese herbs, at the Elkhorn Inn this evening. Many kudos to the great Chef Dan. I wish all of your eyes had tastebuds. Great railfanning as well.

On two different business trips I have stayed at the Elkhorn Inn and have had wonderful time. Chef Dan's meals are a delight and hospitality of Chef Dan and Elisse can not be beet. The beds are comfortable and the rooms neat and clean.
