Ideal location we spent two wonderful nights in this lovely clean hotel. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. It's a shoppers paradise and Chester is a wonderful city to visit. Great value for money.

The room was very clean and fresh towels were provided each morning. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to visit Cheshire oaks.

stayed 2 nights in an "accessible" room. A strange arrangement with reception on the 1st floor above a row of eateries.Access from car park via automatic doors but then manual inner door(very difficult for disabled in wheelchair!!!then lift to 1st floor. Plain but functional reception with a very welcoming lady. Disabled room on the first floor through a card operated...

We both (Daughter 12 yrs) checked in to such a friendly welcome - even though lady running reception was clearly busy but still had time to tell us about Coal who offered 33% off if you wanted to eat there. Plus you go to Guest Services on the outlet site and give them your email address, then loads of shops...

It is a simple concept, there is a minimum of fuss, clean modern functional rooms at a cheap price. Our room was...

The hotel is in the middle of a business park with lots of shops and restaurants which you can get a discount for if you wish. We were welcomed by Paul who was extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He...

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for one night. The atmosphere was very pleasant and although there were restaurants underneath the music wasn't that loud. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay again.
