#1 of 5 B&Bs / Inns in Holmes Chapel
Welcome to Bridge Farm our 400 year old farmhouse set in peaceful Cheshire countryside. We have lived here for 25 years and take great pride in the Bed and Breakfast accommodation we offer. Set away from the road in lush fields it makes the perfect place to get away and relax. Enjoy our award winning breakfasts and attractive rooms. Marvel at the famous Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope set in the fields behind the farm. Nearby are many attractions, National Trust properties, quiet villages, quality pubs, great walking and stylish shops, all just 3 miles from the M6, J18. At our recent Quality in Tourism inspection we were thrilled to have our hard work acknowledged with a Silver award to add to our 4-Star Grading plus a Breakfast Award recognising our quality local produce.

We stayed one night to visit family. Checked in and told about breakfast and shown to our room. A very nice twin with views overlooking the very pretty farm yard. Breakfast was lovely and such a good choice of hot and cold items. We would certainly stay again and thoroughly recommend Bridge Farm B&B

It's not every farmhouse B&B that has the worlds third largest steerable radio telescope almost in it's back garden. The room that I occupied was very spacious, well equipped, extremely comfortable with an immaculate en-suite shower room. It seemed a lot of thought and pride had gone into the quality of the room and I had a great nights sleep. Free Wi-fi was provided with no annoying sign up procedure. I felt a bit guilty in the morning as being the only guest the landlady had still gone to the trouble of laying out a full breakfast buffet which looked terrific. I opted for the Staffordshire Oat Pancakes with Grilled Cheese and Bacon. Excellent. Definitely a place for a re-visit fr me. Exceptional value IMHO.

In the middle of an incredibly busy and at times stressful festive season, Bridge Farm provided much-needed rest and relaxation. Beds are comfy. Furnishings are to a high standard. The breakfast hearty. Anne as host is just brilliant. Nothing seems to phase her. She is welcoming and knowledgeable; easy to talk to and great with kids. It was only a 2-night stop-over of convenience for us this time but we’d gladly go back on a proper break. Meal tip: If you’re coming in off the M6, the Fox & Hounds (a few minutes in the opposite direction to Holmes Chapel) was a superb find. Perfect for couples or families. Wonderful food and environment.

Can't fault this place. It's been on my 'bucket list' to stay on a farm in a b&b and this has not only been achieved but was very pleasant too. I was warmly welcomed by the owner and given a good explanation of things I may need. The room itself was very high spec and homely too. There are a wide range of breakfast options on offer and I had the cooked breakfast which was just perfect too. You won't be disappointed. Definitely worth a visit and I hope to visit again.

Excellent place to stay, well laid out, personalised and cherished. Views here are great, and you are a field away from Jodrell Bank Observatory ✔️ Even though I missed the flight, this was a major bonus.
