When we arrived the hotel looked stunning and the room was very nice on first walking in but then on closer inspections we found a lot of dead flies near the windows and on the floor which is not what we expected to see. Also found a dirty pair of socks and lipstick on one of the towels which is...

I went to Nunsmere for my 40th birthday and returned for my 43rd. My second visit was even better than the first. Food first class - super friendly service - a balloon no less (!!) and was made to feel very special indeed. Boutique service and a wonderful venue. I will be back and won't leave it 3 years this...

This is a really lovely homely hotel, comfortable and friendly, but what is most outstanding is the food. It isn't cheap, but there are sometimes deals available and, to be honest, the food is so amazing (art on a plate) that it's honestly worth it. It's an outstanding meal with a lovely atmosphere and with attentive and considerate staff. Thoroughly...

Afternoon tea was presented on a splendid cake stand. Sandwiches were fresh and very tasty. Scones lovely. Cakes were only disappointment. A selection of what looked chocolate petit fours. If...

My husband and I just returned from a short break at Nunsmere Hall. The whole stay was just perfect, from the check-in to check-out. The room we stayed in (the 'Hydrangea' room) was beautiful. The bathroom was spotless. Couldn't fault anything at all. We had a 3 course meal, which was delicious. The staff were very helpful and polite. Will...
