What a delight! Such a great place to stay and filled with lovely members of staff who are very attentive and polite. 👍🏼 The room sang luxury and was spotless and great to relax in. The spa and facilities at the hotel are excellent, as a birthday treat I had a hot stone massage, the best I've had yet! Shoutout...

We called to the White Swan at Newby Bridge after a nice walk although it was busy we were shown to a table almost straight away .They only had beef left for Sunday roast opinions by the time we arrived. The food was very good I would recommend the beef with the home made Yorkshire pudding .They have a good...

We booked this hotel to celebrate a family birthday and were not disappointed. It is in a fantastic position with lots of attractions and walks not too far away and only about 15 minutes from Windermere. We stayed in half term and the hotel was busy but we didn't feel like this affected service. The pool was busy all the...

The Swan is an absolute must to visit! From the moment you walk through the door the décor will delight you. It creates a real quirky feel and evokes a vibrant atmosphere. The reception area is so unusual. Essentially you lose the whole formality of regular check in and feel you have entered a party! The staff are super friendly...

A group of us had Sunday lunch in the dining room. Whilst the food was ok, at £14 for a roast I would have expected to have had my vegetables served in a tureen not dished up like canteen food already on my plate and smothered in gravy. Also we had to ask for,and then wait, for mint sauce, horseradish...

This hotel is really special for a number of reasons, notably: - the location in Newby Bridge (so close to Windermere and main routes in and out of The Lakes) is hard to beat - the hotel is...
