Anne and David were such lovely hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The Farm is quiet and laid back - the perfect getaway. We took our bouncy 20 month old cockerpoo with us and we were all made very welcome. The breakfasts are exactly as all the reviews; just delicious. Home from home, we hope to be back soon.

Our bedroom was lovely, with a huge ensuite bathroom. It was just perfect to have a soak in the bath after a long day out. The room was well equipped with tea/coffee/hot...

We've just had a three night stay at Crosslands Farm and it has been an absolutely fantastic stay. The B and B is excellently located, close enough to Ambleside and Bowness for convenience but still off the beaten track for complete peace and quiet. What a delightful bed and breakfast to stay at. I had a warm welcome and my room was clean and had everything needed to make it a comfortable stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The residents lounge was extremely comfortable and a lovely place to sit and relax in and the whole farm is cram full of character.
