Right on the Derwent Valley Walk. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation. If we are this way again we would book same hotel. The hotel offered evening meals which w thoroughly enjoyed.

The rooms vary in size, the rooms in the old part of the building are huge, I'm not sure how familiar you are with the rooms but the only small one is the single.
