First class accommodation. Lovely views and local history. Good parking and very clean and quiet. The garden is superb with views and ruins of the Strutt house that used to be on this site. Well recommended.

Probably the best equipped room we have ever had, including in top hotels, with superb attention to detail in the furnishings, and amenities. A delicious and varied breakfast is personally prepared and served by Caroline and Stephen, who are the most pleasant and obliging hosts, and welcome advanced notice of any personal requirements regarding diet etc.

We have just stayed at this stunning B&B in Belper. Caroline and Steve are wonderful hosts - friendly, chatty, charming and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. The rooms are simply stunning. They are modern, airy, quiet, clean and bright with lots of lovely added extras! The breakfast - well, what can I say - probably the best we have had anywhere. The location is central and it is very easy to walk into town.Thank you for a wonderful stay.
