We have been coming here for 11 years now as it is by far the best b&b in Castleton. Janet and Nick are amazing hosts and really do look after you. The breakfasts are amazing and always an event in themselves. It's a great base for exploring all the walks around Castleton and there is plenty to do in and... More

Stayed for the weekend of Trekfest. Nick and Janet made us most welcome. Lovely breakfast with Janet creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend staying here. Castleton is ideal for walking the peaks, close to Mam Tor and Kinder Scout

Great location in the heart of Castleton and the Peak District, next to everything you need (shops, pubs, restaurants, etc...) There is parking at the property but it's a little tricky to manoeuvre into the spaces as the parking is quite tiny. We stayed in the 4 poster room which located next to the road but no worries, at night,... More

Janet and Nick are very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we had the best room with an outside door and garden. Dogs are welcome although we do not have one. Nick cooks the breakfast only when you order it so it is fresh and to your liking. You make your own toast which means it is... More
