I stayed with Jane for 2 nights, while at an invent in the village. The rooms are separate from the house, off road parking.
The room it’s self was very clean & well looked after, the bed was very comfortable, Very quiet village no noise. I would definitely stay again.

Me and my partner stayed at this stunning b&b on the 29/06/13, we were recommended this place by my aunt who lives in raunds. When we got to the b&b the lady who greeted us was the nicest lady you could have met with a great beaming smile anthem beautiful dogs an cat. Me and my partner where showed to our room an my first impression was OMG THIS IS STUNNING lol. Gorgeous red wall paper and an amazingly comfy bed. Then we walked in bath room an there was a bath I do miss a good bath when I'm away so was really happy to see that.
Our stay was very very pleasant and the breakfast well it was really really good the sausages were amazing.
We would deffinatly be staying here again thank you for your great hospitality yo have a beautiful b&b.

Visiting for a family party near Rushden, we booked two rooms in this lovely little B&B. The rooms made up a nice little suite with the breakfast room in between. Comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were very accommodating and offered "any time you like" for breakfast. Full English breakfast generous, nice ingredients and well cooked - and the Continental option with croissant and fruit selection looked great too. Selection of interesting modern books in the bookcase was the final touch - we particularly enjoyed "Bollocks to Alton Towers"!

I stayed the night here last night during my Edinburgh to London charity walk and the kind couple were just so accommodating from the beginning. The room is very clean and well thought out, I like the way it has a seperate little seating/kitchen area in the middle, a nice idea. The bath is amazing! And there is bubble bath products just what I needed after my walk. A very lovely location, a pub opposite if you wish for an evening drink. Just generally a great nights sleep and I can definitely say this has been the best non camping acomodation of my trip. It is so important to receive kind customer service and both Jane and John delivered very kind warm service. Thank you and I honestly would recommend staying here to anyone wishing for a quiet little get away. The cat is especially friendly too :)

We stayed here at short notice and received wonderful service Right down to the offer of a lift to the restaurant! The food was excellent. The room was just perfect for what we needed and having kitchen facilities is really handy. We would definitely come back and recommend to others. :-)

We stayed here for a family wedding.

The b&b is a self contained unit with a little dining area, very sweet. Beds are very comfy and there is good parking off the main road in a secure area.
Prices are very reasonable and include a variety of breakfast options. The couple that run this b&b are very obliging and lovely - they gave us privacy & we barely saw them except at breakfast which was great for us.

I would recommend this place as its clean, decent quiet location & has parking. Only slight downside is the internet is a bit slow. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Visiting the area for a family party in Raunds we spent a very comfortable night at Middle Farm Villa B&B. We had a very welcoming reception, the two double bedrooms share a small dining area equipped with fridge and microwave. Ideal for two couples. Breakfast was delicious and we would thoroughly recommend. Rooms had ensuite bathroom or shower and were spacious.
