Bairstows Lodge is a family run B&B with a relaxed atmosphere. The house is located approx. 1/4 mile out side of Towcester which is an old roman town with a museum and various pubs and restaurants. We are also within 20 minutes drive from the Milton Keynes shopping centre and the snow dome. Then of course we have the world famous Silverstone race circuit which is about 5 minutes drive from the house along the new bypass.

Fantastic guesthouse/B & B run by a great couple who are only too willing to help. Very clean. Awesome location. Quality breakfast. And the chocolate biscuits are an excellent touch. Say HI to the Dane(you'll know when you get there)! After a hard days work my colleague and I could not wait to get back!

My wife treated me to a weekend away for the British super bikes. It was within 5 mins from the track situated on the A5, and very easy to find. The owner meet us on the door and made us very welcome, we were shown our room and we loved it. We booked a king size with en-suite, and were'nt disappointed! the bathroom was to die for, tastefully decorated and so large you could get lost in the bath alone. Like wise the bedroom, it was well decorated and tastefully furnished. Tea making facilities and choccy biscuits were also there. Room was of good size and overlooked the main drive way, which was good as i'd parked my pride and joy suzuki there... which incidently they never moaned once about the loud pipes i'd got on. Was more like stopping at a friends house than a B/B and made such a change to get real value, after all the travel lodge round the corner cost the same and you know how impersonel they are... So all in all a no brainer! Would certainly recommend and would use again.

This is a beautiful B&B. The ownders are friendly, there's a relaxed atmosphere and our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel or B&B. Superb value and highly recommended.

My husband had a track day booked at Silverstone and we were looking for a comfortable reasonably priced place to stay in the area. The welcome we recieved at Bairstows lodge was second to none. our room was extreamly comfortable and had its own private enterence which is rare for a B and B. We could come and go as we pleased. The breakfast set us up for a long day at silverstone. we have stayed in several B & B's over the years but this has been by far the best
