Had a couple of nights here for a business function. Older style but rooms are large, airy and comfortable. Bathroom bit small but functional and clean. Very quiet area, nice for a morning walk along waterfront. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Waterways for one night recently before meeting up with friends but thought we would be quite comfortable staying for up to a week. The room was on the top floor with our balcony overlooking the canal and bridge. Past the bridge was the Pumicestone Passage. We had a kitchenette with basic utensils and crockery, plus an electric...

Comfy bed and good air-conditioning. Small bathroom. Well kept pool and friendly staff. Ample parking. We were in room 7 which is on ground level. The room had a queen size bed and a single bed. Rooms are a bit tired and dated. I thought $139 for a one night stay was a little over priced. The property has a...

This is a well kept property in a quiet location. Nice views over the water. I stayed first in 2016 and was very satisfied -- however I have just booked again for Oct 2017 direct with the Hotel reception, I was given a price for 4 nights which I agreed to. BUT the conversation ended with "Nancy" saying, "of course...

This was the third time we have stayed here and will probably be our last. My partner booked without my knowledge; had I known I would have booked elsewhere. Same as the previous two times we stayed here the room was not just dated or scruffy, it was dirty with broken fittings. The sliding door couldn't slide due to the...

Our first floor twin bed room came complete with self contained kitchen area and a balcony with water views and parkland with walking track across the road. Room was very clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small & pokey but not really an issue. Courtesy buses pick up from the front gate...
