We arrived late afternoon after a full day on the road, owners very friendly and accommodating. Let us have the choice of camp site. Lush green grass for all campsites was very nice. Amenities block was one of the cleanest can park one we have visited across Australia. Camp kitchen for everyone's use and bbq areas nice and handy. Hope...

Stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to Inamincka. Park managers were friendly and very helpful about the region. The park is roomy, well looked after and our site was a good size. We loved the fire. We will be back again.

Although we only stayed overnight, we found the staff very helpful and able to advise us where to get some repair work done on our van. The amenities were very clean and tidy and the showers nice and hot. The campfire at night was friendly and entertaining - we would certainly stay here again although it is a short drive...

We arrived just as the damper was cooked and it was a great finish to the driving day to sit around the fire with other travellers. It's a good idea to do this in the late afternoon before it gets too cold and for us it was good to pull in and park and then relax a bit before setting...

We camped overnight on our way to Birdsville and I have to say while the Park was well equipped with a great little camp kitchen and clean amenities, we were a little disappointed in the treatment we received from management later in the evening. Upon check in we were informed there was a dedicated fire pit available for our use....

Lovely sites with lots of grass. Amenities were clean. Staff friendly. About a 20 min walk into town. Overall, would thoroughly recommend staying here. Special nights are held e.g. $3 for a sausage sizzle with money donated to the Royal Flying Doctors Service.

On the road and this park is a very pleasant stopover. Rob is a great manager and will help you onto your site easy-peasy. Some of the sites can be a bit squeezy and don't be late if you haven't pre-booked 'coz the park fills quickly. Bring your own drinking water If you don't like bore water (highly recommended). The...

We arrived at the CV Park early afternoon. We were warmly greeted by the office staff who confirmed that our booking a week earlier had been recorded. The facilities were very acceptable and the park was well maintained. In the afternoon damper with butter and golden syrup was provided for a gold coin donation in support of the Royal Flying...

Long time since we stayed here, the managers a few years back had a dog that would do tricks and even get his ball from a tree, unfortunately they have moved on but new managers seem very nice. Happy hour around the camp fir at 3.30 with damper, byo drinks and gold coin donation for RFDS. Just our luck, not...
