Stayed here for the weekend for a golf tournament. The place is pretty round down and some of the rooms had pillowcases that were thread bare. Having said that, the rooms were not expensive and were clean. We only needed somewhere to have a shower and put our heads. Pool had no water which was a shame as the days...

Dear Sue, Thank you for your recent feed back, all comments are taken seriously & investigated. With regards to the pool, it is emptied & cleaned thoroughly & new salt added before each summer to ensure the best results for the guests. With regards to the breakfasts, continental breakfast is available, however it plainly is stated on the breakfast menu,...

I'm not sure what the others are complaining about. I just logged on to give a compliment and read the messages from last year. I have stayed at all the hotels here for work and this was the best experience. The pool is huge, the food was unreal and they had a bar which no one else had. The room...

My husband arrived after midnight, after a 12 hr drive he enjoyed a hot shower hot coffee and a bed to sleep. He said the room was spotless. When I rang and booked the room the lady I spoke to was so friendly and happy to answer all my questions even told me where he could park his truck. Very...

I endorse the comments made by the previous 4 reviewers. The only positive, was that the cat is friendly. Thankfully the big black beetle under the hand basin was dead. We got into Proserpine late and this motel was the only one with vacancies. Now I know why. GM Omokoroa. NZ

Dear Yuk, All fed back is taken seriously good or bad. In the "Tropics" you will find Beetles, Gecko's, frogs n the like. As the rooms are left opened whilst cleaning is done & for a while after sometimes they get in & hide until the door is shut! So I apologise for your fright. Most likely reason I had...

If there was an option of zero stars, that's what we would give. On a road trip last week from Brisbane to Cairns, we'd booked here (& paid) over the phone mistakenly thinking it was the same lovely motel we'd stayed at on our last overnight through Proserpine. Sadly, it turned out that had been the AA Motel. In retrospect...

Thank you for your feed back it is taken personally & seriously. I personally contacted this couple & gave a full refund after their bad experience. As some one else had verbally come & mentioned the maintenance issues in the room most were replaced/fixed by the time your comments went on trip advisor. The bathroom has a large ventilation gap...

In a nutshell: the worst accommodation I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. The rooms themselves are tasteless, decrepit, and emit a foul odour that is probably a combination of the cheapest cleaning product on the market and stale smoke. More specifically, my room was fitted out with the same calibre of furniture that you'd find discarded on the...

Thank you for your feed back it is taken personally & seriously. As You stayed here for 2 days I wish you would've come & seen me ASAP as I would have been more than happy for you to find alternative accommodation that may have been better suited, as this is budget style accommodation not a resort as the price...
