We decided to spend New Year's Eve in Yungaburra at the Kookaburra Lodge. This has to be the cleanest and best run motel accommodation I have ever stayed at. As a person who has owned an award winning tourism business, I know what it takes to be successful and these people have the right formula. Do yourself a favour and...

Small hotel (about 12 rooms) located near the centre of Yungaburra. It's an easy walk to the pub and restaraunts, and to the creek, home to several platypus. The rooms face on to a well kept native garden with a bbq area.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable with everything we needed, including make-up wipes etc in the bathroom - very thoughtful. My wife and I had a last minute stay in Yungaburra during our trip to Australia. The owners onsite were excellent, and very friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nice relaxing spot during your Australian vacation!

Whilst the home made wood fired oven pizza's are a work in progress we did enjoy trying them out with a nice bottle of red wine. We...

Thank you for your review and thank you for staying with us for the Folk Festival weekend. We enjoy welcoming our guests and do our best to make you feel relaxed. Our pizza's are a work in progress, we have now added home made sauces for some extra flavour. We look forward to seeing you again next year.
