On a camping trip when we were needing somewhere to stay due to bad weather. Best choice we could have made. Very friendly staff willing to help out. Cottage was a perfect place to stay with great ammenities. Everything we could have asked for at a fantastic price. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff made me and my dog feel at home during our week long stay. Clean cabins with good modern facilities. Ideal for uni students as is only a short drive from the UniSA campus. Close to shopping centre and takeaway stores. Will stay again on my next visit to Whyalla!

After being on the Eyre Peninsula during a bleak week, we needed to restock and have heat! We chose Whyalla Caravan Park for its proximity to the large shopping complex 5 kms away in preference to 'free' camping at the popular Lowly Point. We turned up at 1pm for a powered site next to the amenities due to a recent... More

Excellent stay. Good ,clean facilities and at much lower cost than competitors with fantastic friendly and helpful hosts Deb and Pete. Does not have the wizz bang of the big parks but all the better for it to enjoy a quiet stay.

Lovely quiet park for us older folk. Lovely clean amenities with great water pressure & hot water. The owners couldn't be nicer, we were staying for two nights but that just turned into four and maybe even longer yet. Great large shopping centre close by, love Whyalla. We highly recommend this great park.

So pleased to stop here while travelling further west. Plenty of room to park the boat, comfortable beds all made up and the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a while. Lots of fresh air, and very helpful and welcoming staff.

I rang the park and spoke to Debbie to book a cabin overnight with our two little doggies. She had no hesitation in allowing us to stay (despite the Foreshore CP telling us no-one in Whyalla accepted pets!). Our saviours for sure. The park is a credit to them both and we have been telling our friends the same. Our... More

as a local I have grown up in Whyalla for many years, and I have seen the worst that this park had on offer too many years ago. I am happy to say what an amazing transformation, of what used to be the Horseshoe Caravan Park, I was visiting a friend who had come into town for SGODC dog trials... More

Deb and Peter at the reception are lovely to have a chat with and super helpful with recommendations. The facilities are nice and clean and the number of spots available is good. Plenty of drive through ones for longer caravans. Would happily stay again.

Stayed here on the way to pt Lincoln and glad we did. We had a camper trailer and for the one night it was so cheap and the facilities were very clean. They had a nice grass area near the BBQ which was good. We would definitely stay here again.
