I was looking for somewhere to stay for a few days and found this motel after ready reviews on tripadvisor. The room was a good size with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Located within a minutes walk to a large shopping Centre and takeaway food outlets was convenient. Onsite free laundry was also...

Very impressed with the meals in the restaurant. Had the duck and mushroom risotto and very happy, no shortage of duck. The salad and veggie bar was superb, had the caeser salad and it was great. They also had chips and hot veggies you don't normally see. Prices were a bit high but good value for the money. This is...

We were upgraded on arrival at no extra cost. Continental breakfast was good. We ordered from breakfast menu first morning. The meal and service was very good. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well appointed. Bed was comfortable and the area we were in was very quiet. Didnt dine at hotel in...

Excellent Location & Budget Price. Reception Stuffs could be nicer & Room could be cleaner. . External View tidy, Westland Shoping Centre just 2 mins walk. Being an Ex- resident ... comparing to other Hotels in Whyalla ... I was not disappointed with its status.

We stayed here for two nights on our way from Adelaide to Perth. We were upgraded despite having booked a budget room to a lovely spacious well appointed room. A minor hiccup when we opened the door of our room had me straight back to reception to request a vacuum cleaner and additional towels. it would appear the housemaid had...

I have used the Westland Hotel Motel many times and have always been happy with the rooms. They are large and clean. The King size bed is very comfortable. The curtains are heavy and do a good job of keeping the light out in the morning. This stay we had a full room of 4 adults and it was the...

Needed a nice quiet comfy sleep and this was the place, we upgraded to the executive suite and it was so good. Seperate bedroom and lounge, spa bath. So close to what we needed. Even included a continential breakfast and that was very nice. Dinner was great as well, beautiful dish and so worth it all. A must to stay...

Visited Whyalla for the long weekend for Hockey. Room was clean and tidy. Only a couple of problems. Half of the light globes were blown, one light switch was coming off the wall, tv kept turning in at weird times, eg 3am, and there was no freezer or sink. Otherwise was a wonderful spacious room.

The accomodation is spacious, clean, however the bed was a tad soft. The staff were friendly and efficient. The free wifi was good and easy to connect. The Westland has a restaurant and bar attached and is next door to a shopping complex. The restaurant is well attended by the locals. While not a cheap menu, it is value for...
