The rooms needs to be upgraded badly. The microwave oven, tv remote, carpet and furitunures were very dirty. Broken bathroom sink and shower facuets. The hallway carpet was very filthy and the lights were too dim. Breakfast needs to be better.
"if you don't smoke, don't stay here...."

"second floor smells bad from old cigarette smoke... pool has a tarp over it.. not clean."
"We have always request a ground floor room, because of my disability. They always accommodated me with my request."
"I was put in a smoking room on second floor....do not have anything to compare it with."
