Total crap hole. Stayed a week would never service rooms. I had a total of four rooms. Two of my guys had to go home early. Would not refund the difference on room. I stay in motels 9 months a year. This one going on my don’t stay list. Bad plumbing pillows suck who ever did the remodel didn’t know what they were doing. The pics on the page don’t show what one of their rooms are like.

My husband and I stayed here when we went to the Tecumseh play at Sugarloaf Mountain Amphitheater. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There wasn’t a breakfast, but they were in the process of building one. We would stay again.

The customer service was exceptionally bad! They also double charged my credit card! It has been a real pain to get this corrected! I would not recommend this motel to any one. Their add on The Choice site was not truthful either and when this was pointed out they did not want to honor the internet price. The rooms were under furnished. A disgusting stay. However, the room we stayed in was clean.

If hubby's boss wasn't paying for the room, we would have stayed elsewhere. Check in was a disaster. Demanded my hubby to provide a credit card. We refused because we were not the ones paying for the room. So they made 3 phone calls before they would let us stay there. Our room was in the back. We get to the back and they're doing construction on the roof. All their vehicles were blocking access to the parking lot of our room. We had to park way across the way in another parking lot and walk a far distance to get to the room. The room itself stank like a dirty ashtray. Older than the hills linens and blankets. I pulled back the sheets and there was spots of blood on it. Holes in the blankets. Disgusting to say the least! The bathroom tub was dirty looking. The door jam was falling apart. How is this place not shut down??? I think it's time a call is placed to the local health inspector. It really is that bad. Wish I could give this a -10 star rating.

I will start with a couple positives things. Yes, they are updating their rooms. Ours was very clean and NO bugs! They repainted the walls and installed new flooring (workmanship was not the best). The furniture was still old & scuffed, but no problem. There was a small frig & microwave in the room, but we had no need for them. The guy who checked us in was very nice and showed me that coffee was available...one of those single cup coffee makers. I asked if it was available 24 hrs a day & he said yes. Now...several the negative things. First, the website said free continental breakfast...not true...there was nothing. The coffee was not available 24 hrs. We went to check out at 7am & the lobby doors were locked. We did have a coffee maker in the room, but I didn't make any. NO phone...what if there was an emergency? NO hair dryer, NO alarm clock (just a clock I re-set on the microwave), the old mattress was comfy for about an hour. There was NO luggage rack, so we put the suitcase on the table (don't put them on the floor; bugs could hitch a ride)! The security lock on the door was broken completely off & the "new" sink faucet was not working properly. The room could have been worse, but I am sure glad it wasn't! The rate was the most reasonable in the area $66.50 plus almost $9 tax. However, had their ad been more truthful, I would not have made a reservation. We would have and should have stayed at another facility. We will not stay here again...I'll spend another $10 & get all the amenities!

The hotel is a little dated and they are overhauling it. Our room was ok, we had 3 adults and 2 babies. They did not have cribs available for the babies which is a major downfall. The bathroom needs serious painting, it was chipping off the walls. There were also no hangers in the room. We were there for a wedding and needed to hang dresses. The first day, someone just opened the door, said he thought we had checked out but it was the room next door. We had an early flight out and the night clerk seemed very put out to have to take the key at 530 am. The only plus side was there are lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Would probably not stay here again.

They are in the process of remodeling all of the rooms. We were in a King room. New floors (no carpet, which I like) the bed was ok, too soft for me but ok for my spouse. No phones in the room. I was told they were on order. We were there for 8 nights, very quiet until our last night but was unable to call the front desk, no room phone. There were a few items that need to be worked on, area on the shower wall, potential leak. No handicap rooms, suggested hand held shower spray. The manager was very nice and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay and did take my suggestions as a positive. would I stay there again. Absolutely. It is convenient to everything! shopping, restaurants, downtown Circleville.

I stayed there last night. I will NEVER stay there again, nor would I ever recommend it. I intentionally did not pack a hairdryer because my reservation said there was one in the room; there was not (fast forward to leaving this morning in 30-degree weather with wet hair). Their "free wi-fi" spammed my phone the entire stay. You must manually scroll through 900+ television channels because simply entering the channel number like a normal person does nothing. The walls are paper thin. I called the front desk in the evening to request a late checkout; "Andy" agreed to noon instead of the standard 11 a.m. After enduring loud and obnoxious guests next door until 4:30 A.M., a train came through around 8 A.M. Then, an older gentlemen (whom I will assume was Andy's father) came knocking on my door at 8:30 A.M. to ask if I was stayiing another night or checking out. I informed him I was checking out that day, to which he ignorantly replied, "Checkout is 11 o'clock then." I informed him that "the crackheads next door kept me up until after 4 in the morning. I'm getting some sleep now," and shut the door. Andy was back at my door at 11. I made coffee and got in the shower. They don't provide cream or sugar for the coffee, which was quickly a moot point after noticing a layer of grease on top of it. I left at 11:45. When I turned in my key card, Andy said, "See you next time." Nope. There are several nice hotels in the immediate vicinity (e.g., Quality Inn, Holiday Inn Express). Don't waste your time or money here.

The first room they put me in was the most disgusting filthy room I have ever seen I asked to be move .Desk clerk was young man, he was very nice and give me a new room...It wasjust as disgusting ... bathroom has molded on ceilings and the wifi does not work. the next morning Check out is 11am. Approx 915.am I opened the curtain 10in approx. to let sun in. approx. 10 min later. I was dressing and a man comes up to the window and presses his face right the glass and stared, (I still haunts me). This was very scary/perverted. He came back about 9:45 or so knocked on the door wanted to know if I was checking out. I told him yes at 11am ck out time. he came back in approx. 1/2hr.... told me .. you go ...you ck out. your last one. ! OMG. I was forced to ck out before ck out time. he thougt it was verfy funny and was laughing and waving bye. I complained to front desk,,,, he totally ignored the complaint. said I would get receipt by email. and that was it. The room was booked online with hotels.com. The guy on phone told me motel was nice. Ugh. gross!! !!!.I will never trust them or deal with them again. Very Very unpleasant scarey stay. I will be following up with complaint to the BBB

This is the most disgusting place in the country. The best thing that could happen is it to be torn down to make additional parking for the businesses around it. The owners/operators are disrespectful , nasty horrible argumentative and any other adjective that can describe these people. It was so bad I left but they refused to refund the additional days. Do not go here! It is so bad there is not enough space nor do I want to waste any more of my time.
