Shillong club is right in the centre point. Booking is done through the existing member of club only. Excellent arrangements, well managed, very economical and well trained staff. Booking is very difficult to get, most of the time the rooms are booked. Luckily we got cottage. Britishian times wooden cottages with fire place having that Royal touch.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was excellent. Though the exterior of the hotel didn't look appealing, the rooms were great and recently renovated with all possible amenities. Very close to the lake if you want to take a quick walk and to the Police bazaar shopping district. The food from the onsite restaurant was good. Good...

A nice place to stay in heart of Shillong. This beautiful city has many things to show you and this place makes it easier for you with its location. Due to its location everything is so equidistant. Apart from the location I must say its neat and clean place to stay. I was there for weekend stay with 3 of...

This old club house has residential facilities in the form of rooms and cottages. Fabulous location, bang on the heart of the city, next to the picturesque Wards lake and near the main happening area, Police Bazar. Rooms are comfortable with clean lines; however the bath towels were little dirty. They provide in room tea coffee makers and complimentary morning...

The club is centrally located in the city and is well known for marriages which held there. It's right beside the ward's lake and the hotel rooms are average with beautiful nature's view. Although hotel premise is big but has no frills. Regular rooms are better than the cottage ones as it becomes extremely cold especially during winter.

Shillong has become very crowded and congested now a days . There are good hotels near Police bazar but if you don't like the hustle bustle of the city then I would recommend you to stay in this hotel. They have renovated the rooms and the its a decent place to stay with the moderate rate. The police Bazar is...

As many other people have mentions, they gave us a verbal confirmation, did not ask for any money in advance and bailed out on us when we reached there. The excuse they had was that an entire cricket team was visiting and they gave them the room. Wow. The single worst experience possible.
