Set on a hillside, the Imperial Belvedere Resort Hotel has one of the best locations in Hersonissos, with the beach just a few meters away, and shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach. First off, it's a large Premier Families complex, so it's great for a hotel-based break, especially with its six swimming outdoor pools. Activities, shows and a full entertainment programme add an up-tempo vibe. While the kids' club and mini-disco will keep things buzzing for little ones. The well run Imperial Belvedere Resort Hotel is suitable for families and couples who appreciate a friendly atmosphere in an idyllic location.

A fantastic stay at this hotel. We visited end of season October but you wouldn’t know.. the resort is fantastic. Great staff, loads of great food and of course fantastic swimming pools. We recommend coming here, in fact we do every year! It’s great to see the big improvements made, this year we noticed the snack bar which has been made into a much nicer buffet space (available all day from 10am - 9pm). Gyros, pizza and hot / cold food served all day long. The restaurants have a fantastic choice of food and desserts. Available 3 times a day. They’ve also improved the kafenio offering by weather proofing. Although we found the food was better the previous year in there, but still great mixed grill! Maria, and all the great reception staff do a great job. They remember you, especially if you visit every year! Then Filia, Front office manager, we wish you a fantastic retirement. We can’t wait to return next year. Thanks

Apologies for writing this review late but I have been busy arranging to return to this hotel for next June which will be my fourth visit to this hotel. I went to this hotel in 2009, 2019 and 30th September this year and can't wait to return. The hotel is very hilly with loads of steps which of course I knew, and although I'm not disabled I do have knee problems , so this time I took a walking stick to use over slopes and steps which helped. On arrival I told Reception it was my third time there and I was upgraded to a Superior room free of charge which I was very happy about. Thankyou Eva. My room was good and had a view of mountains, Koutolafari village and the sea. Room 479 on the Imperial side of hotel. Water, fruit and a bottle of wine waiting in room. The only thing I didn't like this time was the floor wasn't very clean, a bit of plastic about 2-3 inches lying on floor from previous guests, also when I went to put my shoes away in space under the safe I found there was a large dirty white t shirt lying there left by previous guests. The room maid was outside so I called her in to remove it ( no apology). So the closet where clothes and shoes kept not cleared out from last people!! Nevertheless I'm not one to complain to Reception on small issues. The food in the restaurant was as I expected not hot as I knew before I arrived, being there 3 times. But the food at the Artemis and Dimitra snack bars by Olympic pool or children's pool different and better. Yes all drinks are in paper cups but what do you expect around pools? I for one wouldn't like to tread on broken glass! Wine and beer in restaurant you help yourself to in glasses but can't take glasses out of restaurant. Evening entertainment at theatre is good especially the " Mamma Mia" evening and animation team work too hard. I cannot comment on the "spa" as I didn't use or the pools as I didn't use them either. As for free sunbeds there always seemed to be lots of free ones after I finished breakfast (around 10 am), and if you just want to sunbathe not near busy pools, look around all the sides of hotel where there were loads and some were " double sunbeds ". They were always free as I could see from outside my room. There is a free small shuttle bus to Star beach 3 times a day which is only 5 minutes or you could walk down bottom of hill and probably take 10 minutes. When you come out of bottom of hill ( walking) turn left and takes you into town. It IS a bit of a walk, so if you're not very mobile you can get a taxi ( from Reception) for 10 euros. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants there. As I have been there 3 times (4th on way) , don't be put off by reviews saying " not a place to go to ". You can't please everyone, some people just too fussy. The only thing I would moan about this time was my room wasn't swept/ hoovered in two weeks, bit of plastic still on floor when I checked out!! And I still tipped room maid!!! Roll on June time.

This resort went above and beyond my expectations! Before I went to the resort, I read through the reviews & the reviews did not lie. When we arrived at the resort, we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room which was beyond generous! Our room 1126 had a beautiful and well decorated interiors, with a gorgeous view. For someone like myself, who is an incredibly picky eat, there was an abundance of food available all day for all the family to enjoy. The resort was huge! There was plenty of fun and exciting activities to do; my family took advantage of the five swimming pools (the Olympic pool was their favourite), the tennis court, pool tables and many other activities. To further describe how big the resort was, there was an animal farm onsite which really lovely to see! Overall, the vibes were immaculate, the service was good & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and family! A must visit!

Booked this through Jet2 as a last-minute deal. Didn't really know what to expect, but I definitely got a great deal. On arrival at about 2 in the morning, the staff were very pleasant to deal with, and the night porter put us in a car along with our bags and drove us to our room. It was only a couple of minutes' walk from reception but a nice touch. He opened the room, took the bags in, and showed us where everything was along with a wee history of the hotel en route. Room was a double room with two singles in the back room and a double bed in the front room. We had a large Bathroom at the back and a toilet in the main room that was glazed off. Plenty amenities in the room, two tvs a stereo hairdryer fridge, and free WiFi in the rooms. They were cleaned every other day and water bottles put in the fridge. The hotel itself sits on a massive site with.loada of pools, bars and restaurants/snack bars. The food was always good with not a peep from the kids as they always had something to eat or drink. The all inclusive drink was a bit limited but happy enough with local beer and mainline spirits on offer as well as a few cocktails. I've never seen so many sun loungers in my life. It was the end of season so the hotel was not that busy but you could happily wander down after breakfast and still get four loungers at a brolly. By the end it was very quiet as the hotel was about to close for end of season but you would hardly know. One restaurant shut a couple of days before we left but we were still well catered for with food and drink. You could see they were closing down but hardly enough that it effected the stay in any real way. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Due to maintenance issues at our original booked hotel we were moved to the Belvedere. Upon arrival you get a very grandeur feeling at the sheer size of the complex! It is huge. The staff were amazing at ensuring we had all we needed including free beach towel and safe usage (usually paid services) and to be located close to our friends who went out a couple of days before us. The food here was delightful with ample choice at both buffet restaurants as well as great dishes available during the day such as gyros and ice cream! The animation team were super friendly and our children particularly took a shine to them. There are plenty of pool choices from Olympic size to indoor heated which is great, the sun loungers do get snapped up reasonably quick on the rooftop pool by around 10am so need to be early depending on which pool you’d like to sit by. You can use the pools and beach access at the Star Hotel but be prepared for a bit of a walk and to be followed round by the staff to pay for loungers if you use them, also doesn’t include drinks there. Location wise it’s in the middle of town so ideal for a gander to the shops. The biggest disappointment were the drinks, there was very limited choice for an all inclusive and the rest were € chargeable in the menu (not what you’d expect for such an exclusive all inclusive feeling resort) and all day and night drinks were served in paper coffee cups.

We visited here as a family of 3 including our 15 month old baby, from start to finish an excellent holiday. Weather was high 20’s. Food was plentiful and a wide range of foods on offer. Snack bar kept you going during the day as well. One member of staff called Triantafyllos really looked after us and made sure our experience was the best we could of hoped for. Reception staff sorry didn’t get your names but went above and beyond for us. Thank you once again.
