Detailed Reviews
Two weeks after the second vaccination and with certificate in hand, I got on the boat to Tinos—perfect island to evaluate a new normal—and of course my lodging of choice, Voreades. Lost count of how many times I have stayed with Maro and Kosmas, but staying with them guarantees welcoming experiences, impeccably cleaned rooms, information on what is culturally happening on Tinos, information on car rentals, condition of roads, new and old restaurants—they anticipate our queries and are always prepared. All of this happens in the midst of a garden full of seasonal blooms, bougainvillea and pots of geraniums interspersed with folk art pieces from local artists: mosaics, fanlights, decorative marble pieces and more. Give them a try and you will be back time and again when on Tinos!

My wife and I spent five wonderful days at Voreades, nice little hotel in Tinos. Our hosts, Kosmas and his mother, welcomed us friendly and help us about what to visit and were to eat on this beautiful island. Room was clean, comfortable, decorated with personal artistic design and with a balcony with a great sea view. The place is very close to the city center and to the port, perfect to explore the town and the island. Breakfast was not available due to anti-epidemic measures, but we had a discount for breakfast at two good nearby cafes. Fully recommended.

We stayed at Voreades for 5 days and were very satisfied. It is a very personal/unique hotel that celebrates the Greek traditions/values. It permeates both rooms and common spaces. If you're looking for a classic, clean hotel, don't choose Voreades, but if, like us, you're looking for the authentic, it's a great choice. It is very well located - 5 minutes' walk from the ferries, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. The owner Kosmas does a lot to help in every way and you can also rent a car directly from the hotel at an extremely reasonable price. There is always water around that you can take to the room and refrigerate. WiFi works really well. The only minus is that the balcony is not very large, but you can't expect that from a city hotel either. Clean and neat and well-functioning. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Tinos.

We were the first guests to visit once Greece opened back up. Kosmas and Maria were so very welcoming and friendly. They were very interested in making sure that we were completely taken care of. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and what a great view from our balcony! Breakfast was fresh and delicious with Maria preparing special fresh dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly!

Very kind welcome and very well located hotel. But if you have a room on the ground floor and you need light, forget it right away: there is only a very small window and it faces a wall 1 mm away. To be honest, there is another window but it overlooks the interior patio through which everyone passes and so we have to leave the curtains drawn. The upstairs rooms look better (we haven't seen them). Typical decoration, but a little dated.

Excellent place to stay on TiNos.
Very convenient to the port area, collection is provided by your friendly host, yet only minutes away from the town centre.
Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable, some with balconies.
Interesting mosaics and period details add to the charm.
Family run, with great charm.

Mother and son Kosmas (the hosts) are very informative, helpful, and speak multiple languages. Comfortable, quiet and well decorated. We liked staying here because it was convenient, close to car rentals, good restaurants and jewelry shopping. Highly recommend this place. We had a lovely stay.

+1
Just a couple of minutes walk from the ferry port, and equally close to Tinos' town center, Voreades is located in a beautiful traditional (I suppose) building, nicely decorated and with a lovely patio. The balcony of my room offered beautiful views towards sea and town.
Kosmas and his mum did everything to make my stay comfortable and pleasant, including even some chatting in French. Merci beaucoup

Picked this very cute hotel in the center of the town based on the exceptional reviews. Both hosts were very helpful and extremely kind. Anything we needed they had a quick response. The rooms were extremely clean and beautiful. Would stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be right in the center of the town.

We visited Voreades in May of 2024, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The location is very near the port, which makes it easy to get to. It is also within walking distance of the town and The church of Panagia Evangelistra, a very holy site for Greek Orthodox Christians, and a must-see site. The family run hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly charming. The staff are gracious, friendly and very helpful.

Greetings from Tinos.
Sorry for the late response but it was the first time that I tried to answer a question through TripAdvisor and I wasn't sure how to proceed.
Please let me know how many visitors you will be so I can suggest you the best accommodation type.
