I have not visited North Norfolk or Holt for a few years ,but decided to have a long weekend away to recharge the batteries and remembered this B&B , so after a quick phone call all was booked . When we arrived on Friday night we were met by Alison who made us so welcome and showed us to our...

We chose the village of Holt because it was perfect for the North Norfolk Railway. We elected to stay at the Old Telephone Exchange, because it was reasonably priced, in the middle of the village, and the accommodation offered us a good service and a private lounge where we could sit in comfort to watch television or read the paper....

Friendly welcome and very nice room. The breakfast wasn't full English and could have been better. Home made preserves were on show and very nice. Location for the town is ideal and reached within a couple of minutes walk.

We stayed in the self catering part which was really nice. Well equipped and comfortable. Twin beds only rather than a double but okay for just a few nights. It was a bit dusty and cobwebby but otherwise clean and tidy - nice little touches were that a lot of the bits were really home from home items rather than...

We were here for one night on a tour of Norfolk. A very pleasant B&B with a warm welcome. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. Some may not like the antiseptic handwash before sitting down to breakfast, but it does help with health and safety. The breakfast was croissants with scrumtious home made jams and good coffee. A lovely stay...

Our stay at The Old Telephone Exchange was very pleasant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Would have liked a full English breakfast but a very good range of preserves. Allison was very welcoming and would definitely stay again. The parking and location of the B&B was excellent

We have stayed here twice now over the New Years period and always found it clean, comfortable and welcoming. We stay in the two bedroom apartment-style section of the b&b which comes with en-suite bathrooms and it's own kitchen and living area. It is very well decorated and kept to a very high standard. Only a couple of minutes from...

A great B&B 5 mins walk from the picturesque town of Holt. I stayed with my mother for a Xmas walking/shopping trip. We could not have asked for more. The twin room (comfy beds) and bathroom were spotless, modern and well equiped, cork screw supplied in the room!. Lovely fluffy white towels topped it off. There is a very conmfortable...
