My friend and I spent two nights here last week. Terry welcomed us with coffee and cake. How many places do that ? We had a spacious twin room with every extra you could wish for. There was even a fridge on the landing. Useful for G and T !!! Breakfast was superb. Terry makes the best poached eggs. I would thoroughly recommend Deepdene.

After a long journey yesterday we were greeted by Lesley who is very friendly. We unpacked and then were served tea and cake- I must be getting old because a cup of tea was exactly what was needed 😏. Room was really clean and spacious. Fridge on landing for anything to be stored. My wife does not eat red meat and Suzy from Explore Norfolk UK had let Lesley know. Fortunately I was able to have the same breakfast- salmon, poached egg and samphire. Divine. Thank you for your hospitality Lesley and Terry.

We stayed for 2 nights. This was the starting base of our walking holiday. We are a family of 4, with 2 daughters (15&12). Lesley and Terry were very friendly and kind. Very clean, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. We would happily return here.

We called direct for a last minute booking and Terry and Lesley luckily had a room available. We are a family of four with two very small children and could not have been made more welcome. Thank you so much for coffee and cake on arrival, fantastic tips on places to see with children, a beautiful home, great family room, spotlessly clean, peaceful comfortable nights' sleep rounded off with a lovely quality breakfast. We were blessed with super weather but you're thoughtfulness and home really made our stay one to remember. An absolute gem.

Had a super stay at Deepdene House b & b. Having not stayed in a small guest house for a long time I was concerned but we all felt relaxed and welcome. The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The rooms have a TV and wifi which our teenage daughter was worried about as this was not listed in the hotel details. A tasty breakfast with a choice of cereals, fruit and a full English breakfast. I would recommend this hotel as a great base to walk to the beach and town and exploring Norfolk.
