Used this hotel as a base for bird watching. Clean, tidy, very welcoming, comfortable accommodating and the breakfasts are excellent. A classic English Guest House style of hotel and probably the best of this type that we have stayed in.Sure we will go again next time we need abase in north coast Norfolk.

Very friendly and efficient owners, pristine clean bedding & towels in twin room, spotless bathroom recently equipped and with many thoughtful extras, good choice of breakfast and plenty of it, caters for allergies. A very comfortable warm stay. Will stay again as no point in looking elsewhere.

Just a couple of nights in a double room with private bathroom, which was not a problem as we knew in advance bathroom was not en-suite. Warm welcome from host, pleasant building although lots of stairs up to the 2nd floor! Breakfast was tasty and well cooked and if you wanted a lighter option that was available to order too....
