Stayed here for a weekend. Wasn't very happy with it. Didn't feel very welcome and will not be returning. Our room felt like it needed a better clean, couldn't sleep much because of background noise outside the room. Our breakfast wasn't nice, felt like it had been rushed in the kitchen and thrown on the plate. When we comment on this the owner didn't seem to care much. Quite disappointed to be honest.

Response from Jenny Harmer, Owner at Chimneys B & B
Responded 1 Nov 2020
This review was written the day Four in a Bed was aired for what seems like the millionth time. I am certain they have not stayed. If they had stayed, why would they wait six months to post this? This is the sad world we live in ☹️

Jenny made us feel right at home and was very accommodating. Breakfasts were amazing and cooked to order. It was lovely to have a separate guest lounge as there were a group of us so we could get together in the evenings.

My 2nd time of staying here. The owner is amazing, friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The B&B is immaculate and the food delicious. It’s the little finishing touches that make it special 😊

Excellent location. Super-clean. Large and lovely room with en suite facilities and lots of attention to detail. Wonderfully welcoming hostess and the best English breakfast ever. Couldn't have been better!

Jenny communicated with us from start to finish and she bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, changing bedding due to allergies and making sure we had everything we needed. We even had a small disaster with the car being left unlocked which Jenny dealt with whilst we were still sleeping. Rooms were bright, nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was just fab. The B&B is ideally located for visits to the Norfolk Coast and other surrounding towns in Norfolk. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for a lovely stay.
