I absolutely love coming to Grange Farm House to stay, the welcome I receive is so warm & inviting. The bedroom is so very delightful, comfortable & so roomy as well. I sleep exceedingly well as this house is so peaceful & calm. I love being able to put on a dressing gown, come downstairs in the morning & let out my dog into the beautiful garden where I can greet the day with sheer delight. The food is amazingly delicious, beautifully presented, & the choice of breakfast quite beyond the quality of any other food elsewhere. I will definitely recommend this delightful B & B to everyone as it is & always will be my go-to place to abide in this part of the world, Sue Neale
Stephen and Liz went the extra mile to be helpful, including printing off directions and suggesting places to visit. Felt comfortable and safe (during COVID). Visited local attractions for which it was ideally placed. Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable.
Stayed here for 2 nights, rooms was large and airy, proprietor very friendly and helpful observing Covid rules keeping everyone safe. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of local produce to choose from. Would recommend and will stay here again if we revisit this part of the country.
This is a gem of a B&B conveniently situated for exploring Felixstowe and the surrounding area. The property is full of character and the rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated to suit the property. The breakfast is delicious - cooked to order using local produce - and very filling. Stephen and Liz are very congenial hosts, giving a very warm welcome and going out of their way to make your stay memorable. This was our first foray into going away since lockdown and so were naturally nervous but we felt very safe at this Covid-secure venue. In fact, we didn't feel as if we were in a guesthouse; it was more like visiting old friends. Thank you both for a memorable, comfortable and relaxing stay.
Quiet, clean, good wifi, comfortable beds, on-site parking, amazing breakfasts. Room was large with en-suite with a powerful shower. A 20 minute walk to the seafront via a footpath. Good base to visit sites such as Sutton Hoo. Owners friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We had a very comfortable night here and a very good breakfast. I foolishly left my cardigan behind and Steve very kindly posted it to me. It is a very interesting property and nice and warm. The garden looked lovely.
Steve &Liz were perfect hosts. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was stocked with milk &bottled water. The grounds were nice & quiet. The house had amazing art work.We enjoyed our stay & hope to return in the future. We also travelled with our 2 dogs, who were also welcome
Stephen and Liz were very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their property is an old farmhouse and, despite being located in a large estate of houses, is surprisingly quiet. They provide a superb (and very full) English breakfast cooked to order and a large, comfortable room. We bought fish and chips from the local shop and Liz offered plates, utensils, glasses, etc. They also took great care to be "COVID safe". Recommended.
Stayed here several times for business trips. The house is lovely, cosy and clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty, especially the fruit salad. Will always stay here when working in tje area.
Very friendly welcome (including our dog). A spacious, quiet room, warm and well equipped with fridge (with milk and bottled water), tea/coffee making facilities, wifi. On-site parking, excellent breakfast (gluten free bread and sausages obtained specially for us). A fascinating house and history. Checkout the owners web-site and book directly, rather than through a third party booking agent, as it could save you money.
