Having to attend a social function in Felixstowe on Saturday evening (15th October 2016) my wife and I decided to stay the night in Felixstowe. We found the Grafton Guest House and decided to book. We had a double en-suite room (Room 5) and a friend had a single en-suite room.(Room 3). On arrival we were welcomed and shown our...

I visited this guest house for B&B during December. The welcome was warm and my room comfortable, if a little cramped for the price. I took breakfast at 7am and there were only three other guests in the room, but the fried breakfast had clearly been reheated, possibly from the previous day, rather than freshly prepared. Not the best guest...

The Grafton Guest House is like a home away from home, our go to place, when we head to Felixstowe. You are made so welcome, it's like being family. Lovely location across from the beach, close to some great food places and pub's.

A really nice stay. Very clean and with a warm welcome. Breakfast was lovely. The lady running it was very helpful with suggestions for places we could visit nearby, as we continued our journey around the coast. Thank you...Steve and Rose

We stayed for four nights whilst we visited friends in Felixstowe. The hosts Geoffrey and Anne were charming, with an extensive local knowledge. Our car broke down during the weekend, and they couldn't have been more helpful! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable and our breakfast was delicious. This is a really lovely place to stay.

Greeted by a fabulous cup of tea! What a great start after our trip from London. Room was very homely with extra pillows and snugly blanket. Tea and coffee and water also. Ample storage in room and very cosy and warm. Even had a radiator in the dunny! Near to restaurants and pub it's a great spot to rest your...

When I was visiting friends near Felixstowe in the summer I stayed 1 night at The Grafton. A really nice and elegant guest house owned by a very refined husband and wife team. This guesthouse surpassed all my expectations. Amongst the best guesthouses I have stayed in during my travels on the East Coast. An excellent advert for Felixstowe.
