Detailed Reviews
Stayed here to visit family. From the outset the customer service from Lucia (manager) went above and beyond! She organised a key to be dropped to family who live locally as we were arriving very late at night from Manchester. Her communication was fantastic from beginning to end (even letting me know I had forgotten some shoes when we left in time for me to pick them up). We were e-mailed the extensive breakfast menu for us to pick from. The b&b is beautifully decorated, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the bathroom was spotless with a huge rainfall shower. I loved the white company toiletries. The room was turned down for us before bed each night. It was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was fantastic and beautifully presented. I can see why this b&b has won awards. The location is great, so close to the seafront and the local restaurants. We will be back when we next come to visit family. Thoroughly recommend people stay here. Thanks to Lucia and her housekeeper for looking after us.

Situated within minutes of the seafront, in a beautiful building, that has been decorated to an excellent standard, Lucia's pride & joy is a fantastic place to stay to feel well and truly pampered.
Each room is beautifully laid out, with a mix of contempary style against the traditional features of the house. The website truly gives a real reflection of the property.
Lucia has ensured that guests are able to socially distance during breakfast, with your breakfast cooked to order at a time that suits you. All the staff take time to get to know their guests & show a genuine interest .
The rooms are beautiful, with gorgeous bedding & towels. There is a small fridge in the room, which was much appreciated during the hot spell.
There are several shops very close by, including a CO OP. Restaurants running the Eat out to help out scheme were very busy on Monday to Wednesday, so booking at least two days in advance is a must.
The following restaurants are all within a 10 minute stroll of the B&B & serve great food-Sobremesa,Gurkha Kitchen, Wickham Bistro & Pebbles.
I highly recommend the Coast B&B, for a truly wonderful stay, with a charming host. Thankyou Lucia,Steph & the rest of the staff for making our stay so memorable, we will definitely be back to stay in the not too distant future.

This was our first visit and we stayed for three nights. This place is a treasure, thanks to the most wonderful, hospitable owner Lucia and her assistants. Lucia made us so welcome and treated us like one of her family. Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is absolutely immaculate all of the time. Each room is different and the standard of decor, presentation, style and colour is to be relished. Breakfasts are presented beautifully and always customised and correct with precision and the cutlery and crockery are stylish and always sparkling clean. If we could give six stars for this B&B we would. Greatly looking forward to our return stay with you.

Have just returned from spending three days in Room 5 at Coast B&B. The title of my review says it all ,the whole house is elegant, classy and stylish but also exudes a warm friendly welcoming atmosphere that makes it the complete package. Our room was beautifully decorated ,looking exactly as it does on the website. It was spotlessly clean ,in fact it had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen on my travels. It had everything required for a very comfortable relaxing stay. Everything from the towels right through to the food at breakfast is of the highest quality. The level of service and attention to detail is second to none. Our stay was made even more special by Lucia and Steph , their warm welcome and friendly hosting made everyone feel at ease and it made for a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast with all the guests being at ease. We enjoyed their informal chat and banter. Coast is in a great location withseafront , shops and restaurants in easy walking distance ( we recommend Olive and Coal (turkish),Bistro 45 (fish) and Bentleys (steak&ribs) ). We would not hesitate to return again , were sad that we could not squeeze in an extra night.Highly recommended.

I can only echo the other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. We were in Room 2, which although cosy, had everything you needed. It was spotlessly clean and the small fridge in the room was great to keep milk and drinks cold. The bed was super comfy. Breakfasts were delicious, and only wish I had tried the pancakes before the last day, I would have swapped my earlier full Englishes! Lucia and Steph are very helpful and great hosts. Bexhill itself is much quieter than Hastings or Eastbourne (a big plus for us), and can also recommend Minnies Fish & Chips, Bistro 45, No 8 (in Hastings) all subjects of my separate reviews.

We stayed for our anniversary on a Friday and Saturday night. The whole place is spotless and to a high standard. We stayed in room 1 which overlooks the back of the property, it was very quiet. The room has a small table and chairs and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. My only issue with the room was that the on suite was cold. It had a radiator and under floor heating but it was still chilly. Excellent shower, and dressing gowns and slippers provided.
The hostess was very helpful and friendly.
Parking is an issue, it is on the street and you have to buy a permit for each day you stay, cost £1 , but the problem is finding a space. The whole street is permit parking only but is manly residential so space is hard to find. We ended up parking on the sea front a few minutes walk away, cost £2.40 per day.
Breakfast was fantastic, well cooked, great variety and plenty of it.
Overall an excellent break in a lovely place.

I often travelled to Bexhill for business and have stayed in quite a few hotels in the area. This was the first time staying at Coast B&B and it definitely won't be my last. Lucia was lovely and very attentive. The rooms and hallways were spotless, so spotless I had to ask if it had just been renovated. Even the carpets looked pristine! The bed was comfy and the sheets were so white I almost felt guilty sleeping on them! My breakfast was delicious and healthy, perfect to set me up for a long day at work. It's evident Lucia takes much pride in her business, she made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lucia, I'll be back!

What a super place to stay!
Coast B&B is moments from the seafront and walkable to all the local quirky shops and cafes in Bexhill. The whole place is spotlessly clean and stylish. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast with heaps of choice and all freshly cooked. Lucia and her staff were just lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you! We'll see you next time!!

This was my best experience that I have had at a b&b and I would love to stay there again if I was to be back in the area.
You can park on the street and pay just £2 for a ticket per day and a domino’s is very close by which was also a big plus for me.
Thank you Lucia for being so welcoming and friendly!

This is a gorgeous B&B. From the look on arrival right through our short stay, everything was thought of. The room was beautifully & spaciously laid out, with a spacious bathroom & huge shower. The fridge was stocked with goodies to help ouir stay. The breakfast needed some walking off.....we had the full englidh & smoked salmon & scrambled eggs. And then there was toast. As a 'teapot', there was a nice big teapot & decent sized cups.. Never been to Bexhill before - now have to find another reason, and know where we want to stay.
