A return visit to this lovely bed and breakfast a stones throw from the sea. Run by amazing hosts Jacky and Brian I was welcomed with a lovely tray of tea and home made cake. My bedroom on the first floor was well appointed and thoroughly clean. Precautions against covid were maintained throughout. With a well filled courtesy tray and complimentary toiletries I was very happy. Breakfast is always a delight with fresh brewed coffee and a delicious choice of breakfasts. I really enjoyed my 9 day holiday and felt very relaxed. Being opposite the De la Warr pavilion I attended two great concerts. Bexhill is always a great place to be and Dunselma is the place to stay. There is some traffic noise at the front, but it's peaceful at night. I hopefully will return soon as its home from home

Property's Favourite Review
I loved staying at Dunselma, a super B & B right on the sea front at Bexhill-on-Sea. Across the road is the fabulous Del a Warr Centre, and guests have a host of restaurants to choose from. You will find a warm welcome, comfortable bedrooms, and a splendid breakfast menu. I stayed for just one night, but I'm looking forward to visiting again.

A long awaited return visit to this wonderful bed and breakfast. Jacky was her usual welcoming self. Very cheerful and greeted me like an old friend. Because of covid extra measures to avoid any infection are now in place. Jacky has gone above and beyond to make this place safe. My beautiful sea view room was spotless and I felt really safe. Antiviral sprays and sanitizing gel were available around the public areas as well as the rooms. Breakfast is very safely served in individual portions. I cannot recommend this lovely, family run place enough. Very close to the seafront, town and De la Warr pavilion it is perfect for short or longer stays. Thankyou Jacky

Stayed for 1 night at short notice. Communication and directions from Jackie excellent- that really helped. Jackie and her partner are lovely and welcoming. The b and b is spotless. Great breakfast also. Decor is a bit dated but as stated the b n b is spotless. Would I stay again - hell ye!! You will be looked after and there was not one thing I needed that wasn't available. Thank you Jackie hope to visit again. Karen

Absolutely superb in every way. Went from a recommendation of another B&B where the owners retired and was very impressed. Despite it being on the seafront there was ample parking in the car park opposite, for which they give you a card to display. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the effort for Covid compliance was tremendous from the usual hand sanitisers and wipes to the way the superb breakfasts are managed. We couldn't have felt safer. The range of items available for the delicious breakfast was tremendous for a B&B of this size. The decor throughout was of high quality, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The welcome and the way they look after you were also both really good. There was attention to detail. A most impressive hotel. Thank-you so much for a most enjoyable stay
