Lovely old house with sea views, large rooms, immaculately clean, great amenities. Fabulous breakfast with large variety of choice and good quality ingredients. Could not fault anything but absolute top marks for our amazing host Jackie, thank you so much for an utterly fabulous week. Already looking forward to next year.

I've been there only for one night but I wish I could stay longer, Jackie was so welcoming, the room was marvelous, I had the best of sleeps, Spacious room with a lovely view ,it felt like home. Large bathroom with everything one might need, every detail was perfect. Squeaky clean. Lovely beach at short walk, the best place to stay if you have to attend a gig at the De la War Pavilion. Highly recomended, I will definitely come back.

The only place I ever stay whilst visiting family and have stayed here numerous times over the last 12+ years. Fabulous nights sleep, free parking pass for over the road so no fighting for a parking space and the breakfasts are superb and keep you full all day. Centre of Bexhill right on the seafront so if you book a seaview room you have amazing views. Jacky is a lovely host and I would recommend anyone looking for somewhere to stay look no further.

What a fantastic find! This is a friendly, welcoming, bright, clean, quiet and comfy B&B, with comprehensive facilities - and close to all services you could really wish for. This is the only place we would book again on a visit to Bexhill.

We can only endorse all previous reviews. What a lovely guest house with such a kind, thoughtful and welcoming proprietor. Jacky is an excellent cook and breakfast was perfect! Would recommend a room with a sea view as the sunrise is uplifting. Many thanks for a brief but comfortable stay (excellent value for money) and hope to be back for longer.

We really endorse all the positive comments made by so many others on this site. We stayed for just one night after attending a concert at the De la Warr Pavillion which is conveniently sited just across the road. Guests are offered a free parking permit at the theatre/public car park for the duration of the visit. The premises are spotlessly clean and the en suite bedroom was ultra spacious and comfortable. We stayed in Room 7 on the first floor with good sea view. Tea/coffee and cake was offered to us on arrival and available throughout the day at no extra cost. Breakfast menu was comprehensive with plenty of choice and provided a delicious and satisfying start to the day. Jacky appears to work tirelessly to ensure that all her guests needs are catered for. We strongly recommend a stay to anyone visiting this area of the East Sussex coast or countryside.…

We have just had a couple of nights at the Dunselma and what a joy the proprietor ,Jacky, is. She was friendly, understanding and quite honestly one of the best guest house hosts we have stayed with. We were welcomed with a lovely cup of tea and piece of cake! where else in the world would get that sort of welcome? The room was good, the bed (too) comfy and the breakfast was just the ticket. When we're next back in Bexhill we shall endeavour to stay at the Dunselma!
