Reasonably priced, friendly staff, decent breakfasts and comfortable overnight accommodation. The room was comfortable and once again I thought the breakfast was very good. Lovely view of the sunrise just before our rashers.

I wanted a quick lunch so went for their wild boar pate. The pate tasted OK, but was oddly encased in some flaccid pastry, and the toast served with it was from bog-standard white sliced bread. Just not good enough. Note - I am rating this as a restaurant, not a hotel.

Pre booked for a cavery on the way home. Good food. Choice of meats and fresh vegetables. Choice of 3 puddings. Staff were efficient and attentive. We had the conservatory to ourselves. The manager met the bus when we arrived and ushered us into the alternative door( it was raining, so 2 door we good to escape the rain) A...

Full of young noisy, swearing people, an absolutely awful place in such a lovely part of the world, the only other choice in the village is the rose and Crown hidden down a little track, take my advice and stay well clear of this place, it really is that bad.

Motel has lovely big clean rooms in annexe but it needs a lot of updating. Need new mattress and have to get rid of mould in shower. We discovered when leaving that the glass sliding door can't lock. We appreciated the wonderful location and views from here. Free Parking and welcome tray with tea, coffee etc was a welcome addition....

Visited this motel just on a walk in basis. We had always promised ourselves we would stay one day & as the weather so nice driving back from Rye we decided to see if they had a room. Initially I was told (after having to wait for the barman to finish watching an Olympic event with a group of men...

Where to begin, we booked for Saturday night and after reading a few reviews on Trip Advisor we were going with mixed opinions. On arrival the place looked lovely with a lovely garden offering you magnificent views but that is where the good points stopped. We entered the pub behind a massive screen showing tv and the place was busy...
