On arriving here for a local party we were overlooked roundly at check in . When the staff .. Who were relaxing in the bar at the time realised we were checking in things improved momentarily. However that process was rather spoiled when my companion who made the booking was greeted with "O so you are the infamous ms xxxx" !when...

We booked a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately our experience was absolutely negative. The room was very cold when we arrived, no one bothered to check if the heating was on. When I decided to take a shower, there was no hot water. As we've been told, something went wrong with the boiler.... it took more than an hour to wait. Mini...

We stayed only one night, and found no fault with our bedroom, which was spotless, well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful at the back of the hotel. The welcome was a bit perfunctory, which surprised me as the conversation I had had when booking was warm and helpful. We had invited old friends to come...

We were booked to see a show at the Chequermead theatre so the Brambletye was a great location just down the road. The hotel staff were all welcoming and attentive, our twinbedded room was clean, well furnished and larger than expected. Our beds were very comfortable too. Food was delicious too!

I have this hotel 4 dot rating because they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was staying here as it was close to a venue that I was working at the next day. I knew that I would not be in the hotel for long as I arrived at 9.45pm on the Friday and left at 6.45am on the Saturday....

A one nighter to facilitate a wedding. Plenty of car park space, eatly check in sorted, a superb sandwich lunch, lovely staff, clean room (nothing stunning but all amenities available), superb breakfast. All that was required. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we stay again? Yes.

We really enjoy our meal here.. Staff were friendly.. We went on a Friday evening and ate in the restaurant. Which was empty which is quite nice in some ways, but lacked ambience.. would recommend the food..

The only thing we liked about this hotel is the location because it's near where we work once a month. Room smelt of cheap lavender air freshener, hotel is drab and has a distinct lack of management. Few staff to be seen and those we saw spent most of their time morning about their job with each other. Our secondary...

Dear Vanessa We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, most of the feedback we receive is good as you can see from other reviews. Gemma from Melbourne stayed with us for 3 weeks recently and comments that the ‘staff were beyond lovely’ Fire doors are NOT locked at the Brambletye hotel and all rooms have clearly...

Staff were very helpful, on our first night found the plug for the bath was missing, asked at the bar if they could sort one for the next day, 20 minutes later a knock on the door and a replacement plug handed over. Not bad service for 9.30pm. Meals were excellent and a good choice for all tastes. Beer was...
