I had 4 nights at this hotel for work. I was put in a 1st floor room overlooking the rear of the hotel as it'd be quieter. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable, with adjustable AC. I was advised I could park so that my room overlooked my car. Staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to Kat.

The room was a disabled room it had a wet room with a shower with a stool, hand basin and toiltet. I am not in a wheel chair but there was plenty of room for one. It was on the ground floor. The breakfast was a very good served on the premises. Very nice friendly staff.

For the price paid (£42) this was good value, very pleasant welcome, clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Already booked our next stay. The only minor criticism is that the signposting could be a bit better, but that is all I could find wrong.

We stayed here over the Eater weekend and were treated by Avis who set the tone for the stay with an incredibly warm welcome. The room was as expected and was excellent value for money. On returning to the room after a day trip out there were Easter treats on the desks which the kids loved. All premier inns are...

I have stayed at a lot of Premier Inn's in my time and all of them have offered very good service, but by a mile Braintree (A120) Outshone them all. Everything from arriving to departure was excellent, both my wife and i felt like we had gone to stay with friends and all the staff we met were genuinly nice...
