I was flabbergasted when I was refused entry to The Kilns Hotel as I could not provide photo ID on check in - I felt like a criminal. Luckily, the De Rougemont Manor half a mile away had a room for me.

Our bridal suites have a bath with a shower above and no we don not have air conditioning.
