Room was cleaned to a very good standard,on arrival was clearly stated that works are on going within business and that they are 60% cheaper than the going rate on the seafront ! so to say the least William was straight to the point and should be praised for this 5*****

Booked a cheap night away, wish we hadn't, we walked in, got taken to our room tripping over paintnpots and dirty laundry on the way. We walked into our room and basically walked straight back out. Bathroom was dirty and half finished, double doors wouldn't shut. The whole place smelt of drugs!!! Would never return

This hotel was absolutely appalling. Me and my husband saw nice pictures online and booked & prepaid. As we got there we were beyond shocked. Outside was filthy with rubbish everywhere. The ‘reception’ area and hallways were filthy. Stains on the carpets, smelt mouldy/ damp and it only got worse when we got to our room. After seeing the common areas we were nervous to see our room. The room was small and we immediately went to take a look at the bed. After pulling the sheets back we could not believe the state of the mattress. It was stained and mouldy, just covered up the sheets. I was so shakey and feeling unwell after having been in this hotel. We then spoke to the man downstairs who offered us another room but we were so appalled we refused and left. He told us to try for a refund via booking.com. When coming home my daughter called on our behalf and the man was again as unhelpful and rude. We are an elderly couple with a history or health problems and even without those issues would never have stepped foot in this hotel if we knew what it was like. To know this place is open at all, let alone in a pandemic is terrifying. Will be contacting environmental health. Stay away!
