The apartments are set in a historical Georgian building, a unique property with a refined ambience, full of character with modern comforts and technology. The one bedroom self-catering apartments all have fully equipped kitchens including an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. There are also LCD televisions, Blue Ray/DVD Players and a music system in each lounge. Free wi-fi in the whole of the property. The bedrooms are located at the front of the property as is the communal lounge with its spectacular views. Completely faultless from start to finish. Beautiful building, beautiful accommodation with comfy beds and luxury linen/towels. Everything has been considered and thought about to such a high standard. Thank you so much for all of the high end goodies that are left for your guests, such a nice touch. We had a great time at The Pier View apartment. The location was perfect for a few days in Southend being within walking distance of everything. We came with friends and rented two apartments, both beautifully presented with very comfortable beds. Ed was very welcoming and organised our parking immediately outside the apartments. Thank you xx

We stayed in the Pier View apartment which was fantastic and much bigger than we were expecting! It had a separate bedroom, living area, dining room and kitchen, as well as two bathrooms (one ensuite). It was clean and well presented, and we were provided with some essentials for our stay (and some lovely treats too!). Ed met us for check in and was very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay - including when we had left some keys behind ensuring they got back to us safely (thank you again!!). The location is perfect - overlooking the pier and easy access to the town centre and seafront. Overall it was just excellent!

If you want to relax and spoiled yourself in a place where you feel appreciated as a host, this is the place to book. Very clean, well decorated and cosy, it offers a nice view of the pier and is very well located. It is not a studio but comes with separate rooms: on the same floor you have a dining room, a kitchen, a living room a bathroom in addition to the the en-suite bathroom. Apartment comes with a lot of treats every where, little chocolates here and there, peanuts, popcorn etc. It is very sweet and thoughtful.

I was greeted by the hosts who were extremely helpful with my luggage and parking my car. The apartment is very clean with some lovely extras left in the kitchen area. The location could not be better, it overlooks the sea and the adventure park. I would recommend staying here with the friendly hosts and fabulous views ........

We had a lovely stay at Pier View Apartments and will definitely be returning. Host was very helpful before and during our visit and the whole property was very Covid safe. Extra personal touches for mine and my daughters birthdays was very appreciated. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean and the views were stunning, even on a rainy day! Would highly recommend these apartments if wishing to stay in Southend as they are close enough to the action without being too close for any noise to bother you.

What a great place, can’t recommend it enough. We stayed here for 2 nights, visiting family who lived local. From the minute we arrived or even booked Ed was extremely accommodating, made us feel very welcome. Throughout our stay any communication we had with Ed was promptly responded. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, extremely clean, the bed very comfortable, we had great nights sleep, an arrival welcome pack including all the essentials was fabulous The princess Caroline apartment has wonderful sea and pier views, very spacious and bright. The communal lounge was great really comfortable and wonderful place to enjoy cup of tea with family Finally the location is fantastic absolutely everything you need on your doorstep Having stayed in the area several times, Pier View is now firmly at the top of our list. Gorgeous flat in an amazing location really close to pier, adventure island, shops and restaurants. Ed was very welcoming and we really appreciated all the extra touches like sorting out parking, food hamper with sweets for the kids, fresh milk and juice in the fridge on arrival. It was spotless with charm throughout and had a modern kitchenette with hob , microwave and dishwasher. Beautiful views. We were really impressed and the kids had a great time.
