We had just a couple of nights in early February, but would happily return in good weather. We had the Nelson's Lookout which was at the top of the building and perhaps not for people with mobility problems, but the view of the pier was lovely. The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and very good quality ingredients. The issue of...

Really looking forward to our next stay. Beautiful room, friendly service, really close to shops, beach and amusements but still quiet and peacefully. Fantastic breakfast. Thanks Deb. All our best to you x

This is a beautiful, elegant building with an interesting history. It is central and close to lovely bars and also to the seafront and shops. We recieved a very friendly relaxed welcome and our room was tastefully decorated, clean and very well equipped. The view over Southen Pier and across the Thames Estuary was stunning. The road is quiet and...

I stayed at Haimilton's Boutique Hotel for one night in late January. The weather outside was very cold but the hotel was warm and friendly. It is located on Royal Terrace which is a picturesque road that overlooks the sea and it's a short walk to the high street shops. There are seven clean and comfortable rooms with ensuite shower/wc, good...

The Council must be in competition with the NHS as far as parking fees go. The accommodation was above average, but not really worth the parking hassles. In future I would rather find a place with a parking area.

Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback. It does make me sad receiving a review based on council parking, as it is something completely out of our control. It does state clearly on our website that we do not have free parking, and that parking is metered outside. There are numerous car parks just a short distance from us, and...

Stayed in Lady Hamilton's room, which was beautifully decorated, full of character and spotlessly clean. The view over the pier and seafront is amazing. Debbie, the host, was kind and very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the hotel. The tea and coffee making facilities were great. A jar of coffee! Why doesn't every hotel do this? Biscuits...

As we needed twin room we not told on booking that we had to climb fifty stairs to get to it and with bags a bit of a problem,I think this should have pointed out at the time of booking.Parking can also be a problem as it is only on a meter and very costly, not the hotels fault but again...

Hi Diane, Thank you for your review, we love to hear feedback so we can improve our services to our guests. Our website contains information on our rooms, but does not say which floor they are on, we've taken note and we will adjust our website accordingly. We are a Grade 2 Listed building, so unfortunately, the stairs come with...

We stayed in the Lady H Room and it was luck we are quite young as it was four flights of stairs up. We were pleasantly surprised as to the size of the room, and a cosy little ensuite. The room and en suite were decorated lovely with plenty of tea (a few varieties), coffee and biscuits with a couple...

Stayed here last week. Arrived before the check in time but were allowed to check in right away. A very warm welcome from Debbie was followed by some advice on where to go for food and drink. The accommodation was first rate. It was very clean, warm and quiet. Slept very well in a very clean, spacious room and the...
