Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Premier Inn Salford Quays truly stands out for its breathtaking views and exceptional service. The stay was made significantly better by the warmth and efficiency of Nicola, the night receptionist, whose attention to detail and eagerness to assist went above and beyond. The rooms were immaculately clean, offering comfort and tranquility, perfectly complementing the serene beauty of Salford Quays visible from our window. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, making it a fantastic choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay!

Great location and amenities. The rooms are clean and have everything you could need. The best part being the staff who were helpful and friendly and a special mention must go to Satveer and Yohan who were on reception both nights we stayed. They were friendly, helpful and even helped us with our luggage as we were struggling with it. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both.

Excellent stay as usual with Premier Inn - I like knowing that I'll expect the same good standards. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking outside - I paid £6 for 24hrs and then walked around the quays and got a tram to Manchester. Close to Lowry and War Museum and other attractions. The area felt safe and comfortable. I stayed on the ground floor and had no issues with people outside or any neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was good value for myself and two kids who ate free. We had plenty to eat to set us up for the day. My only niggle with breakfast was the coffee machine wasn't working so it was only sachets of Nescafé which isn't my favourite and there wasn't any decaf options available. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would happily visit again and recommend this to others. It was easy to access from the motorways and is perfect location to explore the area

5 mins to Lowry. Website said that parking was free but it was £6. Great, spacious room with nice view of the water. Breakfast delicious but cooked to order - which discouraged us from asking for more ( money saving tactics?). Would have preferred the usual buffet style, help- yourself. Excellent value for money.

AVOID !! Even for a budget hotel it is way over priced for such poor standard & service. Hotel is dated and in need of a major facelift. It is certainty not the 'Dream' portrayed.... - On arrival, the car park was littered, indeed we witnessed a rat wandering around. - Lift was not working, nor any advance notice sent. - TV remote did not work properly - Some TV stations not working - 'No Signal' - Wash basin/sink blocked - Shower over bath - and without any slip mat - was difficult & dangerous to get in/out etc. - Pillows VERY hard - both sets! Above was reported at hotel and online feedback - but they just don't care about customer satisfaction. They are far from the 'Premier' hotel standard I once knew.

We've used this hotel many times, mainly for its excellent location, but also for the very good staff team - they're friendly and very helpful. Unfortunatley the car park is terrible. The main car park is not maintained with bushes and shrubs overgrowing many of the bays, and lots of building material occupying other bays. The very busy overflow car park is terrible, no marked bays, no tarmac (mostly cinder) lots of potholes, no lights, no cameras, very unsafe. Plus it was completely full when we were there so we had to squeeze into a very narrow space in the main carpark. The charge is £12.00 a day. I know the var park is not owned by Premier Inn, but it is a dsigrace.

Hotel charged me £10 extra to check in at 1400 hrs (why charge? Room was ready). Also reception did not mention that “due to COVID” (???) rooms are NOT cleaned by default - this needs requesting. On second day (having found out the policy through experirnce) I requested the service, but still my room was not cleaned.

This hotel really is fab! We travelled from York and I wanted o be guaranteed parking which this Premier Inn works with Your Parking Space to reserve a parking space and it was fab! Really took my worries away on that viewpoint. Easily accessible and quiet area the hotel is situated and the fact there is a Beefeater next door is a plus!
