Rooms ok. I had a disabled room which came with a wet room this always smelt damp. The food was gross. Clearly microwave meals!
Any interaction with staff took a while as I only saw 2 ladies working at any time..

Staff were approachable and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and tidy. A good choice of food for breakfast. Centrally located, very convenient for all local facilities. Walking distance from Aldershot railway station.

Well priced hotel with a restaurant. Location is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. We usually had our breakfast at a local coffee shop down the street as it was a little less expensive.
Business trip for 2 weeks booked for 2 people shared room which they only have 2 types of rooms family/single, so when we turned up there was 1 great double bed and 1 sad little pull out bed which I was not happy about which...More
