Dear Lee, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I apologise that your stay on this occasion was not of the high standard that we strive for. I was also disappointed to read that you found service from our Bar staff not as you would expect. Rude service is not acceptable and I am very sorry you experienced this from one of my team members. I have already passed on your comments to the Operations Manager to ensure the team deliver a more professional service to future guests. Kind Regards, General Manager
